'The Sweet Impact'

"Waah bhai, ap toh ye bhi bhool gaye the ke hum bhi yahan par hain, shukar hai dance ke ilawa kuch aur nahi kiya" Sonia teases, to which her group laughs, while RishMi embarrassingly stare at each other

"Haan di, aur aaj toh tu jiju par bhi blame nahi daal sakti, kyunki tu bhi poore mood main thi aaj dance karte waqt" Shalu says, high-fiving Bani

Lakshmi blushes and looks at Rishi, who is already staring at her, she looks back at Ahana and her group, who are giggling and teasing them

Everyone got distracted when the waiter announced the opening of the dessert counter

"Bhabhi, aapke liye kuch laun?" Ahana offered "Gulab Jamun bhi hai, aapka favorite" She continued

Lakshmi smiled widely and held her hand

"Mujhe laa do, aik laa do please" Lakshmi requested

"Aik shart pe, khilunga main" Rishi interviened

"Acha acha theek hai" Lakshmi said, as a way to get it over with, and impatiently waited for her gulab jamun

"Waisy, tum...sabse zyada pyaar mujhse karti ho ya gulab jamun se?" Rishi asked her curiously

"Le, ye bhi koi puchne ki baat hai, obviously gulab jamun se" Lakshmi jokingly replied

She started giggling seeing Rishi's annoyed and severe face, she pulled his cheeks, not realizing people were watching them and said

"AWW...baby, main mazak kar rahi thi" Lakshmi said, not too loud, but a majority of people did hear it, and looked down giggling

Rishi looked at her and smirked, while she embarrassingly looked at the floor, realizing what had just happened

Ahana comes with 2 gulab jamun for her and teases her

"Aww, bhabhi, itna pyaar..." Ahana started, sitting down next to her, and giving her the plate of gulab jamun

She was about to take one for herself and pop it into her mouth, but Rishi stopped her, took the plate from her hand, and gave her one

The guests watching smiled, some even clicked pictures of the love birds, who weren't caring about their surroundings but showered their love on each other positively and appropriately

After a while, the photos were taken, and the guests left, the closely related guests stayed with Neelam and the rest of the family

"Sach main, tumhari bahu ne humari bahuon ko bhi peeche chod diya, bohut sundar aur sughar hai ye, nature ki bhi achi hai" Neelam's friends said, smiling at Lakshmi, who was still sitting with Rishi and giggling and laughing with her sisters and nand's

Neelam proudly accepted the fact, and greeted her friends before they left the hall

She went to her family and daughter in law, and sat down lext to her

"Shukar hai, aj ka event bhi bohut achi tarha se guzar gaya" Neelam started, and let out a sigh of relief

She closed her eyes and rested her head on Lakshmi's shoulder, who leaned onto the backrest of the couch and closed her eyes

Rishi and the sisters looked at the saas-bahu duo and smiled at them

"Haww mom, this is not fair, apne team badal li" Sonia says, pouting

"Are, koi baat nahi, tum mom ko lelo, aur main...meri wife ko leta hoon" Rishi pitched in,  holding Lakshmi's shoulder and pulling her towards himself

Neelam laughed, and hugged her two kids (Sonia and Rishi)

When Virendra came back, he brought with him two cabs, and finally, the family headed home

After alot of pleading and requesting, Rishi was able to sit with Lakshmi alone for the ride back home, he was enjoying every bit of it, the radio was on, a romantic and soothing song was being played

'Tere Bin' played on the radio and Rishi sang along the lines while heading closer to Lakshmi, who smiled at him and kissed his cheek all of a sudden, exciting him even more

"Omg, I actually can't wait till bedtime" Rishi shamelessly jerked out

"Aj raat nahi, main bohut tired hoon" Lakshmi said, shattering his expectations

"We'll see, tum hi initiate karogi" Rishi said, smirking at her lips, while she twitched her eyes and ignored him

Both have their romantic banter back home
