【 the curious confession 】

naeun walked into the convenience store late at night, as she was feeling pretty hungry. she was trying to get some snacks, but also trying to find something that was easy to eat without making too much mess. as she looked around the store, her eyes immediately focused on some instant ramen cups. she quickly decided to buy one, as they would be the perfect snack before bed.

as she paid for her ramen cup, she heard someone's voice call out to her.

naeun's eyes widened, as she saw jaemin standing right behind her. he was walking toward the cashier, to pay for his ramen cup as well. she felt her heart skip a beat, as she realized that she had suddenly encountered jaemin in the middle of the convenience store.

as she stepped out of the way, she tried to act cool and casual, as if she hadn't just been taken by surprise and completely caught off guard.

jaemin suddenly spoke up in a low, almost monotone voice.

"hey, i didn't expect to see you here. what are you doing at this late hour?"

naeun felt a rush of adrenaline course through her body, as she was caught off guard by jaemin's sudden question. she hadn't expected him to talk to her at all, let alone this late at night. they were alone together, and she felt the pressure of his gaze on her.

naeun took a deep breath, as she tried to come up with a good response. she didn't want to seem too weird or desperate, so she tried to play it cool and casual. and she also didn't want to say anything that could lead jaemin to suspect that she was interested in him. she finally replied, keeping her tone light and relaxed.

"oh, you know, just getting some snack before i head home for the night."

jaemin shrugged his shoulders, as he looked at naeun. he seemed to think for a moment, and then suddenly, he had an idea.

"why don't you join me outside for some ramen?" he asked. "i'm planning to eat mine now. we could stay and hang out for a little bit, if you're up for it."

naeun felt the pressure of his gaze on her, and she wasn't sure how to respond. this was the first time that jaemin had ever invited her to do anything together.

naeun's heart raced in her chest, as she quickly responded to jaemin's offer. she couldn't do anything but accept his offer, and deep down, she knew that she was actually very happy and excited by this unexpected offer.

"oh, okay..." she replied, quickly grabbing her ramen cup from the cashier. "i'd be happy to join you..."

as they make their way to a table that was set up just outside the convenience store, jaemin can't help but look at naeun.

he feels completely transfixed by her beauty, and he can't tear his eyes away from her. she looks so cute and innocent, but there's also something intriguing about her. he can't help but admire naeun's bright, sparkling eyes, and the way her glossy lips look so soft and full...

naeun felt herself get uneasy, when she noticed jaemin looking at her. she instinctively started checking her face, thinking that maybe there was something on her that was making him stare at her.

however, as she looked, she realized that she appeared completely normal. her face and clothes were clean and in good condition.

she couldn't help but feel completely confused by jaemin's stares, and she started to wonder what was going on. she couldn't help but suspect that he might be attracted to her...

jaemin stared at naeun, as she ate her ramen. his eyes roamed over her face, as he felt completely entranced by her beauty. he couldn't help but think that she was absolutely beautiful, even without makeup or any extra cosmetic enhancements.
