At the end of the street, a swirling purple-black portal shaped with mist began to close before All Might's eyes and before the hero could react the portal was gone.

All Might had let the villains get away. They had slipped between his fingers using a teleportation quirk. One of the rarest forms of quirks in the capable hands of a villain. Even the thought of such a powerful quirk being within the clutches of a villain worried the hero. How much destruction a quirk like that could cause combined with the right correlation of attack-based quirks. But he had no time to worry about chasing after them for he knew that they would have disappeared far from the scene by now. 

Looking down at the blond-haired girl All Might was anticipating that she had minor injuries like most of civilians caught up in such criminal acts. He was wrong. Her head was covered in patches of blood on one side of her forehead. Cuts and developing brown and yellow bruises on her arms and legs. Her right leg was also swollen along with her left arm and finally he-.

At the sight of the girl's abdomen, the hero boosted himself into the air above him taking flight back in the direction of Might Tower. From a few minutes ago the gusts of wind high above Tokyo had begun to pick up along with the clouds darkening, signifying a storm was brewing.

"All Might... All Might do y-"

"Open up the roof Nighteye and get the medical staff stat! I have the girl! She is in a life-threatening condition!" Shouted All Might while trying to be heard over the sound of the loud thundering from above. The darkening clouds overhead and the ever-increasing gusts of wind in his direction caused difficulty for the hero to see where he was travelling. If this weather continued to worsen the hero knew that it would be harder to remain in a stable upright position to carry the girl. Meaning there was a high probability of jolting that could result in the girl having less chance of surviving. There was no other choice, he would have to move at a lower altitude which would mean less time to get to Might Tower, which could also mean a higher chance of the girl not making it. 'Damn it! I can't afford to make a mistake. not with the kid like this. Being up here is more of a risk to the girl but going lower could mean les-' All Might could feel the girl's body heat deteriorating rapidly and her breathing beginning to become slow and irregular. 

'SHHHHIIIITTTT! It's too cold and the air is too thin! Why didn't I realise that soo-'

"All Might! The medical staff are 9 floors down from the top floor in room 5b. They are almost fully set up and ready to tend to the girl's injuries. I need you to tell me now the critical injuries she has sustained so they are prepared for-"
