30 minutes later:

Location: End of the bloodstained Allyway

"Thank goodness Flex got here early or all the evidence would have been gone for sure, gea those elastic powers of his do come in handy," stated Detective Tanuma while walking away from the blood bath they had just looked into. "Even so, to think someone would even do something like this, so close to Might Towers as well," said a concerned Detective Tanuma while lighting his second cigarette of the night.

"It is disturbing how this happened in Tokyo of all places but not too surprising, instances have occurred like this in the past-"

"But those were in the light of day and stopped by the symbol of peace himself before getting dirty, just shows you how a villain can truly find refuge in the darkness. Only the underground heroes usually poke at those shadowy areas too. But never with force. Poke the bear too much and it will come right at you," proclaimed Detective Tanuma while cutting Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi off, slightly annoying the coated detective.

"Sigh* Still, just coming out of the blue like this. And then that girl. She's only 14 from what I'm hearing so far Eizo Tanuma. Only a teenager," said Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi in a semi-annoyed tone.

"But why was a kid out here in the first place? And what's the point of chasing after the kid? They must have done something to provoke the villain or theirs the possibility the villain is a little nuts seeing the scenes left behind," proclaimed Eizo Tanuma.

Turning out of the alleyway and onto the barren golden yellow-lit street the two detectives began walking towards a few police cars and two black vans a couple of meters away, all parked at different angles to one another, blocking off the food street in its entirety. The rain had also calmed down and turned into a light shower leaving no need to open up umbrellas for the short distance the two detectives needed to walk. "It could have just been a quarrel or misunderstanding between villain groups that the girl, unfortunately, walked into. Could also explain why the villain wanted to dispose of her to prevent the girl from saying anything about the incident," said Detective Tanuma as both the detectives walked towards one of the black vans blocking the street.

"But there's also the same likelihood this could be a set-up of sorts. Very unlikely though, but not impossible," Spoke Detective Tanuma to Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi as they both stopped behind one of the vans. The van's tall back double doors both opened up abruptly to either side in front of the waiting detectives revealing police officer Sansa Tamakawa inside, revealing the stake-out van's interior. A multitude of computer screens could be seen from where the two detectives were standing in rows stacking on top of one another as they were connected along the wall in front of the long desk that covered the whole left side of the van. The two detectives began to walk inside the van while Sansa Tamakawa closed the double doors once more behind them. The bell around the police officer's neck could be heard slightly jingling as he moved to lock the doors shut. Three seats were placed evenly each in front of a big computer screen giving the user their own working space between the multitude of smaller-sized screens. All these screens contained a range of rolling images from inferred, radar detection, maps, cameras and much more that could be used for any necessary investigation cases at hand.
