They say,
Go back to your past in detail so you can heal,
Open all the files in your brain department,
Observe closely what happened in the past,
Never throw any judgment in there,
Don't judge yourself,
Don't judge them,
Never judge anyone in there,
Just accept it without trying to make any adjustments,
Look at that from a different perspective,
I guess I was just too stubborn so I raised some questions,
Do you know how painful even when just a piece of those memories comes across my mind?
What're you gonna do if I go in there and come back with even more wounds?
Am I the only one who's wrong in there so I need to see from their perspective?
Am I being stupid and weak for raising these questions instead of just following what they say?
Aronno I'm just so confused sometimes.
