It was time for me to start working.

Roman told me to stay put while he worked his way to make money and threatened me. But I fucking advised him to do that and he will have his head cut off his body.

It wasn't meant to scare him. Instead of working at my old job, I decided to do something different.

I told Sofia beforehand that I was going to quit being a florist, she was disappointed but didn't stop me from quitting the shop.

Will I miss working in the shop? Of course, but I could always make the garden pretty with flowers.

"You're holding it the wrong way." I taught the kid to hold it a better position his gun, to shoot. I stood behind him as I put my hands on him.

"Get away from him." My annoying bodyguard screamed behind me, I rolled my eyes and showed the technique to the kid. He nodded and copied my method which made me satisfied.

Thank god, it's Luca's last day of him being my bodyguard.

After Lila got switched to a different faculty she could not hesitate to ask help since the mansion is close to the warehouse where guns and weapons are fired. To not cause anymore trauma to her, we decided to move her up toward the care center for the rescued women even though Luca was completely against it.

I proposed to him to be her bodyguard instead of mine, Roman was idealy opposed to my idea but I reassured him that I was more than capable of defending myself, still, he insisted on adding a bodyguard for me.

"You are disturbing the class." I deadpanned.

"No, I'm not. I'm only protecting you." Luca retorted with sarcasm, I scoffed.

"Even though I'm in my own home?"

"Cheer up, princess. It's going to be the last time I will be your bodyguard."

"Thank god." I heaved in relief, he feigned being heartbroken while putting a hand on his chest.

"Excuse you, I was the best bodyguard you ever had." He scoffed and I mocked his face while supervising my students.

"I saw that!"

I can't wait for him to leave me alone.

Roman went to the hospital to convince my mother to come to my wedding. I know that I shouldn't do this but it's my last wish before letting her go of my life. Getting rid of her off my life before starting a new one.

But I still have something on my mind, Raven.

She hasn't done anything since her father's death. I doubt she cared about her father.
