Without meaning to, the boy had found his way near her. And he had found a way to occupy himself without interfering with her. Joseph was sitting the closest to her. He was doing a silent livestream, careful not to interrupt her television show.
Instead, he opted for commercial breaks, but so far, each time there was a commercial, something would grab her attention before he could, and the comment section noticed his futile attempts and was making suggestions of their own on how he should go about it. During this commercial break, she had no distractions, so he went for it.
"Baby Girl!" He beamed as he leaned near her leg, angling the camera to showcase the two of them. Without missing a beat, she replied,
" Baby Joe!" And with that, her show was back on, so he couldn't even respond if he wanted to.
That's sent his comments ablaze. It was hard to miss the bright flush that decorated his cheeks, the top of his ears, the base of his neck, and the huge smile that had yet to leave his face. And it was all caught on live, so there was no denying it. Not that he wanted to. Joseph didn't even hear the whole thing. All he heard was her calling him baby, which was more than enough for him.

"Ain't doing nothing," Joe mumbled around the candy in his mouth as he shuffled through the bag on his lap, entertaining Ben on the phone as he had a live stream going.
"Baby girl? Huh," he called out to her as he held out an unwrapped chewy candy, but he quickly stood up and returned her hand to his grasp with her in tow, too.
"Quit running!" He spoke as he settled back, giving the camera again. " stop talking to her like that." Joe was about to object until he ran it back into his head when he said, "Quit running off." he clarified what he meant as he turned to her, feeding her the candy he offered her earlier.
She grabbed his wrist and cupped his hand as she tugged the candy from his fingers. "quit." He mumbled as he became aroused, glancing at the oblivious girl as she chewed the candy that was now in her mouth.
"Benjamin!" The man on the phone picked his head up, answering, "Yes, my baby?" He listened for what was so urgent that she shouted his name, but he didn't hear anything back but more shuffling.
Joesph had found her and was coming toward the two with Ben, the honest Ben, along for the ride. As Joe came closer, Ben heard, "You bullshitting me!" before the phone shook up, live stream black.

Ben did not know what to do because the screen was black, and there was too much movement, so it paused and quickly shut off.
Meanwhile, Joe was jogging behind the baby girl, finding her with some stranger. He was out of breath by the time he reached her.
"Who's this?" He inquired as he allowed his breathing to regulate itself.
"Benjamin!" She was so excited. Joe looked at him, and he grabbed his phone. He was still holding it while running; as expected, it was black. He shook it awake, the screen came back on, and it began loading, and Ben's face appeared as if he was still on the other line.
"I'm calling you," Joe announced as he exited the stream and entered his contact list. The phone rang for a short while before Ben picked up.
"Look!" That was all Joe said before turning his camera around and pointing it toward the two.
Ben looked over, shocked at what he was seeing. Why was she hugging someone else or anyone at all? Furthermore, why was Joe okay with this?
"And who's that baby girl?" Joe asked, playing as an interviewer,
"Benjamin!" "No, it isn't baby."
She looked towards the phone where the voice came from before she turned to the mystery man, holding him close.
"My Benjamin."

Baby girl had gone home earlier, but the group had spent most of the day together. So when she went home, the two boys continued hanging out.
"Don't worry, Joe, she'll be back!" Ben shouted through an echo he made with his hands as he sat a few feet away.
"Fucking bakery boy over here.Baking pies and cakes on that fucking phone. Caking ass nigga."
Ben giggled.
"What? Why are you laughing?" Ben kept laughing, his laugh getting stronger as he laughed some more, and then his laughter quieted down. He looked over at Joe. I don't know why he's laughing. The two are both in love, laugh or not. I know what I'm saying is true.
