"M-Marinette...please-"

Lila started to beg, asking for mercy. Ribbons taped her mouth shut as the ribbons were pressed tightly against her body, tight nearly to the point of it being painful. She started struggling against her bindings, muffled screaming coming from her voice. Princess Justice smirked cruelly at her before looking at the scene. Mostly everyone she wanted was there; the heroes, the teachers, and the principal. There was one more person who she wanted to be there, which happened to also be her next target; the boy who knew everything and let her suffer. The boy that she loved dearly more than anything in the world; the one she thought she could trust and love. Adrien Agreste. For now, however, this would be enough for her.

Princess Justice pointed at Lila, and the ribbons surrounding her suddenly glowed. Princess Justice started floating, her blindfold suddenly glowing as well. Everyone looked at her in shock; including Nino. She started to ask questions in a neutral, booming voice.

"Lila Rossi. You have destroyed a girl's life; tore her happiness apart. Took her friends and the boy she loves. What will be the justice here?"

She asked. Ribbons curled around Lila even tighter, making her wince in pain. Suddenly, the ribbons fell. Princess Justice stopped floating, her blindfold stopped glowing. Lila looked confused before getting up and started to run before the blindfolds pinned her again.

"It's time for you to tell the truth, Lila Rossi."

Lila was about the object, but the ribbons around her glowed, curling around her tightly, forcing her to reveal what was hidden this whole time.

"I...I lied about everything!"

"What did you lie about?"

"I framed Marinette for everything! The bruises were make-up,  the proof was edited. I blackmailed Alya, Nino, and Adrien into making everyone else believe that you actually hurt me!"

The tension in the building grew. Silence filled the room, as everyone's eyes widened in shock before crying,

"Impossible! Her powers must be to force people into doing whatever she says!"

"No. It's true."

Princess Justice looked at Rena Rouge in shock. She hadn't known about the blackmail. She hadn't known that Lila was forcing people to pretend to believe her. She was shocked. The ribbons pinning everyone released, and she walked away from them. She needed time to think to herself. But, she didn't know that Hawkmoth was still there, silent from everything he just witnessed. He rarely spoke to her because she explained the plan to him, but she needed to be able to do things herself, without them knowing that hawkmoth was influencing her decisions even more than they thought previously. But unbeknownst to even him, Princess Justice had a master plan at hand. To get everything she wanted and more.

She went to a small abandoned garden that she used to love going to as a child. The garden was not as cared for now, with the garden being barely watered and the flowers starting to wilt.

Princess Justice still saw the beauty in it, and the sense of calmness was one she needed, and one that she hadn't felt in a long time. She sat in the center of it, posed as though she was going to meditate. As soon as she sat, Hawkmoth talked to her, voice full of anger. She growled to herself, thinking to herself that such a master manipulator has the patience and manners of a toddler. No wonder why he was unable to get the miraculous. Still, she paid him full attention, eager to calm him down so she could continue with her plan.

"What are you doing Princess Justice? You had all the heroes right where you had them!"

"Unfortunately, I did not. If I tried to take Cat Noir's ring, he would simply need to call out his cataclysm. As for Vesperia. She would simply need to call out her lucky charm and venom and could get out of the ribbons and find a way to defeat me. What I need to do is play the long game. I require patience to make a plan in doing so."

"What about the plan you had in mind originally?"

"After acquiring new information, I found that some people aren't to blame. But I still need to talk; still need more information. I need to find a way to manipulate my way into the hero's trust. These are no easy feats, as you have been trying for months and have not come close in succeeding. Now if you could let this play out , I promise you I will get what you want."

As she slowly explained to him her needs, she sensed that she was about to get company.

"I'm about to get company."

And with that, he left her. She made very little accommodations to her plan before Rena Rouge came in.

"Are we truly alone or do you plan to ambush me? We do require talking after all, so the first option would be best for you and your team."

"It's the first option. We do need to talk."

"Alright. Why didn't you tell me the truth?"

Princess Justice looked at Rena Rouge, her tone soft yet cold. She could see the guilt and sadness in Rena's eyes.

"Lila was in my earpiece, listening to our fight. She told me what to say. She..she could ruin my life even worse than you. She was close to my parents, my siblings, my boyfriend. She somehow knew my secret identity. She had so much blackmail that I didn't have a choice. She also said she would hurt you worse than if I didn't cooperate with her."

"You could have given me a sign. You could have written something on a piece of paper. You could have done something."

Rena winced at her harsh and angry tone. Justice was seething, her covered blue eyes unblinking and full of anger. Rena had no words to say, for she knew she was right. She was too scared to do anything in fear it would backfire. They stood there for a few minutes, tension filling the room as the quiet grew louder and louder. While Rena was looking for something to say, Justice was thinking. She was deep in thought as Rena kept calling her name.

"What."

"I'm sorry. I really, truly am sorry."

How...how long has this been going on?"

"Ever since she was de-akumatized by Volpina. I found out she lied in the ladybug interview, but she started sobbing and telling me that she just wanted to feel like she was loved here, since she has recently moved. She wanted to belong here so she lied about knowing an amazing superhero, so people would like her. I felt bad for her, and we stayed friends. She did a few favors, babysitting my sisters and Ninos brothers, helping me with my homework. Before I knew it my entire family loved her. Then, I realized that she and my family connected too much. Once or twice we had an argument, and my own family was telling me to apologize to her, saying I did stuff that wasn't true. Ever since, Lila has been using all of this over me, to use and control me."

"So you know what it's like to not have even your own family believe you? Who was there for you ever since you were born, who you thought loved and trusted you with all of their hearts, only for a few lies to completely destroy the relationship?"

A single tear came falling down her cheek, white instead of clear. It glided down smoothly like water, stained her face like paint. Another tear fell to the other side of her face, the aftermath showing dried tears stained her face, the seeming paint dried on her face. Rena put a comforting hand on her shoulder, and Justice let it stay there. They stood there for a couple more minutes before Rena tried to convince her to do the thing that needed to be done.

"Princess Justice?"

"Yes?"

"I know you still want revenge, but-"

"Wait!"

Princess Justice and Rena Rouge both turned around to see...
