3rd POV

Jinxx looks at Andy with worry. He has never seen the tall young man so distraught before. As the band prepares for their final VIP of tour, a familiar voice rings through everyone's ears.

"Those tables need to be moved closer together," Y/N states from the stage. "Fix it. Doors are about to open."

The crew nods and quickly moves the tables closer together. A security guard helps Y/N off the stage. CC and Lonny hop off their chairs and walk over to Y/N. A lump forms in Andy's throat as he sees his former best friend smile widely.

"Why didn't you tell us you were coming," CC asks.

"I wanted it to be a surprise," Y/N smiles.

"Well this is a lovely surprise," Lonny beams.

"Hey guys," Jake pipes up, "as much as I wanna join in this reunion, fans are coming in."

"Let me help out your merch girl," Y/N states, "we can catch up after VIP."

Andy watches as Y/N walks over to the merch table. He does his best to distract his mind by talking to fans. Sadly, Y/N's sweet smile and soft features fill Andy's mind.

Fans squeal in excitement when they spot Y/N at the merch table. The merch girl's eyes widen in surprise as fans start lining up to buy merch. Y/N helps the merch girl sell item after item until the main doors open.

The band drags Andy backstage to get ready. As he gets dragged away, Andy can't help but look back and smile. Y/N looks up and feels a pang in her heart as she almost makes eye contact with Andy.

The past three years have been hard for Y/N. She had to go off social media for months as fans kept posting a video of her argument with Andy. Fans used to love seeing Y/N, for two years they gave her online hate several times a day. She confided in Lonny and CC. They comforted her in person, through text, and via video call.

Andy, on the other hand, was given sympathy constantly by fans. Videos of fan theories were posted all over. Most fans sided with Andy, but none of them knew the whole story. Different magazines have tried asking about the event, but Andy has refused to answer the question. All he wants is to have his best friend back.

As fans approach BVB's merch table, some get aggressive. The fans in their late 20s and older have been very respectful to Y/N. The younger fans, however, yell and scream profanities at Y/N. Biting back her tongue, Y/N stands there and takes it. The merch girl stops what she is doing and calls over the nearest security guard. More fans join in as security begins to remove disrespectful fans from the venue.

"That's enough," CC yells from the stage.

"Everyone," Andy grabs the microphone, "please stop what you're doing. I know three years ago that Y/N and I got into a huge fight. There's no need for any fan to disrespect her. She will forever be a part of the BVB Army. Any fan that doesn't like that should leave now." Andy marches off stage and follows CC towards the merch table.

The venue is silent as fans make a path for Andy and CC. A few fans have their phones out and are recording everything. As Andy finally reaches the merch table, Y/N tackles him in the tightest huge. Tears fall from her eyes quietly as she desperately clings to her best friend.

"I'm sorry," she whispers. "I didn't mean everything I said."

"I know," Andy replies, "I'm sorry too. It's my fault you left in the first place."

"Do you think we can be friends again?"

"I never stopped being your friend, Y/N." Y/N hugs Andy tighter as more tears cascade down her face.

"Yay," CC cheers, "group hug!"

Fans cheer as CC tackles Andy and Y/N into a hug. The three of them chuckle and smile as they untangle from one another.

"So," Andy turns to Y/N, "care to return to your favorite bunk on the bus?"

"I'd be delighted to," Y/N beams.

The fans cheer as CC and Andy lead Y/N backstage. Upon their arrival, the rest of BVB is there to give her a warm welcome back into the tour bus.
