You abruptly sat right up, eyes widened as you tried to catch your breath. You pant heavily; sweat prickled on your forehead, you looked around the room eyeing for something to comfort you.
It was hot, extremely hot for you, eyes still large due to the event that happened, tears were forming in your eyes as you bite your lips trying hard not to release the tears and broke down.
You grumpily left the bed—as your feet was about to touch the ground— you fell. The sudden impact made you whine "Ouch.." You muttered, you couldn't see, it was too dark for you. You tried to grab something so you could stand, your hands pat things you didn't know.
You stopped when you felt a liquid sliding down on your knees, out of curiosity— you touched your knees, a groaned left your lips as you cursed under your breath.
You grabbed whatever you touched as you forcefully got up, the pain was stillp there making you have a hard time to adjust your leg.
You tried to walk, sounds of pain escaping your mouth. You went to your door, wrapping your palms and pulling it, you left the room receiving a dark and eerie hallway.
You closed your door before placing the back of your hands on the wall to support you to wherever you were going, it was dimmed making you have a hard time to see.
You continuously to walk, your hands gliding around the wall before it stopped to a door. You slide down your hands trying to find the door knob, your hand stopped at a doorknob as you positioned yourself in front of the door.
You used your other hand to raise and gently knock the door, the man inside the room groaned before uttering the word "Come in..." He said lazily, you wrapped your palm on the knob before twisting and opening the door, he saw you went through the door with his half lidded eye.
"[Y/N].? What are you doing awake at this hour?" He asked as he stared at you closing the door "Sorry Yu." You simply replied before resting at his bed, the action of course made you feel pain which you successfully hid it from him.
"Anything wrong?" He inquired quite taken back at the sudden action of yours taking him by suprise, you adjusted your position as you were now facing his chest.
Of course, the movement of adjusting made you feel pain which the detective could decipher "[N/N].." He muttered out your name while you didn't respond as you snuggled closer to him.
He wrapped his arms on you as he pulled you closer, he gently placed his palm on top of your hair as he began caressing and massaging it, you— on the other hand felt comfort despite the recent nightmare as you melt on to his touch.
Minutes passed by and your breath ceased and so is your chest from pumping heavy air while your heartbeat rhythm calmed down as you two slept peacefully.
