The Embassy of the United Confederation of Mu in Qua-Toyne Principality, the Toyne city, Central Calendar year 1639, 31th of Middle Month

A string of dust motes swirled in a fast dance on the rays of the sun that penetrated through the window into the dimly lighted room. In fact, it was an office, which is a large room with two tables on the edge and in the middle, respectively. A large clock hung on the walls, and in the corner of the room there was a pole with a flag on which a golden gear with white and blue stripes on the sides was depicted. A man sitting at a table, slowly sipping a hot drink in his glass, putting the phone receiver to his ear. He was dressed in a strict business suit with a tie, and on his jacket was a small golden badge with the inscription "Ambassador Erith Rosenberg". Erith was officially the first ambassador of the United Mu Confederation to Qua-Toyne, appointed by President William Chamberlain, always serious and insightful, but now he was holding the phone with sweaty and trembling hands, peering at the photos lying on his desk.

-- Mr. Foreign Minister Hershis, I-I am already sending all the received photos... they will reach the mainland within two to three days! Fortunately, our intelligence did a great job getting these photos from the Qua-Toynians..."

-- Erith, I've already talked to the president about this whole thing, mh... God..." a dull groan was heard on the other side of the wire" --Meet with these "Ukrainians" as soon as possible, if our intelligence has reported everything correctly, then they already have a dialogue with the Qua-Toynians. It cannot be that we have wasted the presence of another industrial mechanical power in the east!" There was an obvious irritable tone in the Minister's voice.

-- That's right, Mr. Foreign Minister! I also have information that Ukrainians are sending a delegation to the capital of the Principality, and that they have already established diplomatic relations with the Principality through the mediation of Lord Auren and Minister Lopoles. Also recently our embassy managed to establish contact with them using radio on the frequency that we and Leiforians usually use."

-"All right, I'll leave this to you, Erith. I'm already fed up with dealing with Guirians and with the Mirishials and their trade war."While Erith did not have time to say anything, beeps and prolonged silence were heard.

Ambassador Erith put the receiver on the phone, and getting up from his chair, began to pace the room, thinking about these mysterious Ukrainians. Appearing out of nowhere, they had tanks and armored personnel carriers with them at the borders with Qua-Toyne, menacingly increasing the number of their military personnel at the borders. But it seemed that Ukrainians were quite ready for dialogue, given their opening of diplomatic relations with the Principality of Qua-Toyne, and sent delegations directly to the capital. Erith picked up the mini flag of his country, Mu, and after looking at it with firm determination, headed for the door.

Later, Mu embassy's airfield

Built just a year ago, the airfield near the Mu Embassy could receive planes with diplomatic personnel from the United Mu Confederation. The convenient location of the embassy on the outskirts of the capital of the Principality of Qua-Toyne, made it possible to build a large airfield directly next to the Muan Embassy in the shortest possible time. Ambassador Erith stepped out onto the flat surface, looking around at the hangars and several planes parked opposite the runway.

Erith sighed and crossed his arms behind his back. Recently, they established contact with these newcomers, Ukraine, by radio and starting negotiations remotely. He already has information that the Qua-Toynians are already actively negotiating with the Ukrainians, through the mediation of his old acquaintance, Lord Auren. Now he has agreed with Ukrainians and Qua-Toynians to hold a general meeting and start negotiations at a higher level.
