Chapter 5: Happy and Peaceful Reunion

At the end of the day, Calytrix finished her shift and went back home with Eric. It was already around noon at that time, and the two siblings were just talking about their day. More like what happened at the bar. Eric still couldn't get the fact that Helmeppo tried to hit on his sister while he was busy. It made him feel like an idiot, and he knows that he will receive a long lecture if the older two find out about it. So, the two decided to keep it a secret. As much as Eric wants to tell their other two older brothers that the green-haired swordsman is exactly Calytrix's type, she threatened him that he left her alone and tell them the exact true story about their day. So, sighing in defeat, Eric agreed. Reluctantly, that is.

When they reached through the door, they went in the house and removed their excessive clothes. Took off their shoes and made themselves comfortable inside. "We're home!" The two of them chorused at the same time. After a few seconds, Ethan popped out from his room and into the living room.

"Welcome back then, but have you seen Deis?" He asked his two younger siblings. The two immediately shook their heads, but the question made Calytrix nervous and worried about why he asked such a question.

"Why? Is he not home yet, Thanny?" She asked Ethan, getting worried about what might have happened that became the reason why their eldest brother wasn't home yet.

The other two in the room immediately noticed her reaction and Eric placed a hand on her shoulders, massaging it to help her calm down. "Don't worry, sis. I'm sure he's alright, we all know that he can defend himself. He's the best the three of us know. So, you need to calm down, yeah?" Ethan told her to help calm her down.

Luckily, she calmed down soon after. She is still worried about the eldest, but she knows that what they just told is true. Atredeis is the best of all four of them. But she wonders who'll win if it's Atredeis versus Zoro. Zoro. Roronoa Zoro. Oh, how the name stayed in her mind the entire time. Calytrix's type of guy is a cold one that will have a soft spot on her. Someone who will care, understand, and love her like her brothers and her father does. She wants to be taken care of in the same way forever. And coincidentally, Zoro fits and seems to be the exact one to win over her type of guy list.

"I think that you should go to your room and freshen up for a while, sis. You look tired." Ethan told her. He noticed how she suddenly lost attention to anything around her, and he thought that it's because she is still worried about Atredeis. Not knowing that she is thinking about Roronoa Zoro, the green-haired swordsman that she met.

Calytrix nodded her head and went to her room, she firstly readied her bathtub with slightly hot water, and then she took off her necklace from her neck before getting herself ready and then going inside the tub. Her muscles relaxed when she felt the warm water hit her skin.

On the other hand, two people are walking around town. "Hello, excuse me. But do you perhaps know where Calytrix lives?" One asked a person that lives in the town. The person immediately smiled at the mention of Calytrix's name.

The person is an old man. Not too old but probably around 30-40. He nodded before saying "Yes, I do. She is very popular for being the nicest and kindest one around. She lives down the street over." He pointed at a street and at the end of it, there was a house. "But be careful though, she lives with three other boys. They are quite scary and protective over her; they treat her like a real little sister."

His words made one of the guys smile happily at the old man and said, "Thank you sir." The man muttered a welcome and the two guys left.

"Are you sure we are not going to get killed? He said that she lives with three scary and protective boys with her." One of them says, concern in his voice. Meanwhile, the other one is just walking at the street that the man pointed out to be where Calytrix lives.

"Don't worry. I am certain. She's my childhood friend. So, we'll be safe." One of them said, it's Luffy. And the one with him is Koby.

They reached the door and Luffy knocked. They waited patiently, and soon enough the door opened, with Ethan right on the other side. He looks at them questioningly at first before his eyes settled on the straw hat that Luffy is wearing. Ethan is sure that the hat belongs to Calytrix's father, Shanks. And he remembers giving the hat to Luffy and giving Calytrix a necklace when he left to find the one piece. Ethan's gaze focused on the person that's wearing the straw hat. And sure enough, he recognized Luffy in an instant.

"Luffy?" Ethan asked the younger boy in front of him. Luffy smiled, happy that Ethan still remembers him.

"Hi Ethan! It's been a long time. How are you and the others?"

"Good, but what are you doing here? And who is he?"

"Oh, this is my friend, Koby."

Hearing chatter outside and seeing that Ethan is talking with someone. Eric walked over the door behind Ethan and looked over at who Ethan is talking to. Luffy noticed Eric and so he greeted him happily "Eric! It's good to see you again! The way you fight off the marines is pretty cool, by the way."

His words picked up Ethan's curiosity "Wait, fight? Did you just fight with marines? Yes, or no? And give me a positive reason on why." Ethan demanded, wanting to know the truth.

Eric was about to answer when someone bit him up to it. Hearing another voice coming from inside the house. "It's because someone pulled my hair from behind when a fight happened in the bar, Than." Just at hearing their little sister's voice, they looked behind and saw her, leaning against the wall in the opposite corner of the door. "Luffy? Luffy! It's good to see you again!" She says running towards him and hugging her childhood friend. "I'm sorry I couldn't talk to you that much in the bar earlier, I was busy. Hello there, Koby." The said boy only smiled.

"No, no no, it's okay."

"Well, why don't you come inside first? It's getting late, and I'm sure that you want dinner."

"Sure! We'd love to Calytrix!" Both Luffy and Koby answered in sync.

The four of them went inside the house. Eric, Luffy, and Koby talking. While Calytrix and Ethan went straight to the kitchen to prepare food. They were just doing their thing when a knock sounded at the door. Eric stood up and went to open it, revealing Atredeis on the other side.

"Why, welcome home brother. How was your date that made you so caught up in the moment that became reason for coming home late?" Eric says as Atredeis walks in the house, his attention focuses on the other two people in the house.

"We all know that I'm still single as hell. And that is not the reason for me being late, it's because something happened. And who is he? No offense to your friend though, Luffy." Atredeis says, but he kept his eyes on Koby, making the younger boy cower in slight fear.

"Deis! I'm glad you remembered me! Oh, right this is my new friend, Koby. I saved him from a pirate named Alvida."

"Alvida?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because the towns people heard a news that the pirate Captain named Alvida was caught in the island, they let me find out the case on why she's alone, as if she got stranded."

"Oh, well I might have done that, actually." Luffy laughed at himself. "Where is she now then?"

"At the marine base. Probably already locked up in a cell in their prison."

"So that's the reason why you're late. Well, I'm glad you're safe, Atty." When Atredeis heard his nickname. He looked at the kitchen and saw Calytrix with Ethan behind her. He slightly smiled at her apologetically before muttering a sorry under his breath.

Calytrix smiled at him, accepting his apology before she turned her focus on all the boys. "Dinners ready." And so, they all went to the kitchen to eat while they talked, more like discussed a plan on how to get Luffy sneak into the marine base, he just told them that he is now a pirate, and he is about to get the map to the grand line.
