"Hmmm....I guess, you won't having a problem with losing one of your hand, right?"
Those question are the last thing Tatsuya heard before he faint upon seeing Rushia's wrath. He vividly remember how scary Rushia can be and immediately woke up after her face appear.
Tatsuya found himself laying on Rushia's bed without nothing but a sweatpants. He quickly check both of his arm and find out it still complete without losing any part. But, the scar Rushia gave on his cheek are there.
What the fuck...I thought it was a bad dream! Tatsuya spoke with a shocked face.
*knock *knock Tatsuya startled hearing the knocking door, shortly Rushia appear behind the door.
"Oh! You awake." Rushia spoke all along while holding a small jar that filled with green dust. "Did you sleep well?"
Tatsuya gulped, still in fear seeing Rushia.
"Calm yourself now, it just a little punishment for you♡" Rushia approached Tatsuya and sat on the chair beside him. "I've put a spell on you so you won't go anywhere."
"Don't be scared, this will help you with the pain." Rushia smeared the green dust at Tatsuya's cheek. "Sadly the scars won't be gone."
Tatsuya grumbled right at the moment the dust touched his skin. "Agh."
"There! It's done! You won't feel the pain again!" Rushia turn to her usual, cheerfull. "Come down, let's eat!"
Rushia unbind Tatsuya from her spell, the two then headed to the kitchen to eat the dinner Rushia made.
"So how did it go? Did you meet the king?" Rushia asked, all along while eating dinner together with him.
"They just want to take an advantage of you. In order to gain world piece, Lux wanted to sacrifice you and me. He also said there will be a war between mankind and the evil that emerged from this forest." Tatsuya spoke. "Huhhh..." Rushia paused. "I don't understand, the great power that could spark a war are sealed."
"The monument at middle of the lake?"
"As far as I know, yes. It's already been there for a long time. Many human seek power from there."
"There's a chance..."
"No...it's impossible." Rushia worried, her pupils shrink.
Rushia dash off from the kitchen, she ran outside as fast as she can and got into the boat. "There's no way!!!" Rushia panicked.
"Rushia!" Tatsuya on the other hand tried to catch up to her and manage to jump at the same boat as her.
"If...if...if the seal are weaken, I only had a small chance to be able to fix it!" Rushia panicked more and more, she even ignore Tatsuya's word, untill...
"HEY!" Tatsuya shook her shoulders, finally gaining her attention. "Calm down. Let's take a look first. 'Kay?"
Rushia finally chilled down, she got back to her usual and take a deep breath regarding what just happaned. She take a moment to look Tatsuya at the eyes, just a glance but something about it are different.
A spark of special feelings grew stronger inside her, perhaps a feelings of love, perhaps Tatsuya are not gonna be his assistant no more. "It's hard to see with this fog!" Tatsuya's loud voice distract Rushia and snapping her back to the world.
"It is. And it is also been a long time since I saw the beauty of the night skies, the glimmer of stars, the bright shine of moon and it's reflection on water and galaxies of far away." Rushia look up, amazed at what she sees.
"We're here." Again, Tatsuya distract her again.
Rushia approached the monument, it's larger than it looks from far away. There's no detail and fancy carving on the monument, but only a word with an unidentified symbol.
Tatsuya spaced out from looking at it, he amazed of the majesty that the monument emit. It seems like the monument are the most stand out down the sky.
"What happened to anyone that seek power from this?"
"They died before even reached this monument."
Rushia placed her palm on the monument, not long after that, a shiny green aura illuminate her body together with a couples of glowing butterfly that flies around her. A majestic appearance.
"Phew..." Rushia let out a big sigh, it seems like her worry are gone. "I'm glad it still strong as before. But it does has gone weaken."
Rushia take a deep breath and apply a strong preasure at her palm thus making it glow with a shiny green. The monument slowly absorb the power Rushia gave through her palm while Tatsuya watch in amazement and confusion.
Not long, Rushia take off her palm and collapsed onto the ground. A symbol glows at the monument, emiting a strong magic aura.

"Rushia! Are you okay?" Tatsuya asked concerned, at the same time grabbing her shoulders.
"I felt really tired..." Rushia weakly spoke.
Tatsuya then placed his arms on her lower back and one on the crook of her knees, slowly lifting her up, carrying her to the boat and drift away towards home.
Tatsuya placed her on the bed, and slowly leaving the room, allowing Rushia to take rest. While Tatsuya sat outside, gazing at the beautiful night skies.
"Power...i need to seek more." Tatsuya mutters to himself. "Do I need to cross to another island?"
His desire of power are clashing with his thought of peacefulness, not wanted to spill any blood, but there will always casuality when he decided to seek for power. He think to himself. "Can I really fulfilled that? Not spilling blood again, it seems impossible. It's not my nature, I born to spill blood." Tatsuya spoke. "I wonder, what is my life for?.."
