Horse became Horsekit and Hummingbird became Hummingbirdkit
and an kind and loving tom mates Lavenderfang and Anttail adopted them since they always wanted kits and an kind Queen Tinywing who was kind of enough to let the two nurse from her.

When Horsekit became Horsepaw to previous leader Pebbleflower and Hummingbirdkit became an apprentice to an gardener Rainsplash since he wanted to plant, grow flowers and herbs everyday.

Pebbleflower was an funny, serious, Fatherly figure and religious tom who highly believed in MeadowClan and wanted Horsepaw to remembered that each day on training. Horsepaw made few friends Moonpaw and Sunpaw who adored Horsepaw who then ask Pebbleflower on why everyone was so nice to her and to Hummingbirdpaw when there's nothing special about them.

Horsepaw didn't like the attention she was given while on the other paw was giving was Hummingbirdpaw loved it each single day.

When Horsepaw became Horseheart due to her loyalty and Hummingbirdpaw becomes Hummingbirdstone(Hummingstone)

But the Fox was young but strong enough until few Clan members who went looking for her pickrd up an Fox scent close by and luckily the fox left while The Clanmates rushed Horseheart back to camp as she stayed in the medicine cats den for few moons before returning to training Snowpaw who became Snowfire and now Horseheart is living her life in Team Lake.
