You Again

Chapter 4: You Again 🫢

      Danny  walked towards Gary and Mirabel and sat down close to Gary. Mirabel looked at him and rolled her eyes;

Gary: you're a bit late.

Danny: I came before lecture starts.

Mirabel: you always make excuses.

Danny: so what did you gain from coming early.

Mirabel: [sneers] [to Gary] I wanted to show you a sample we can.....

Danny: [cuts her short] so Gary, we'll be project partners, right?

Gary: yeah, the three of us.

Danny: do we have to include her?

Mirabel: crazy.

Gary: off course. We can't be two.

Mirabel: so let me just show you.....

Danny: [cuts her short] Gary, can I pass the night at your place?

Mirabel: [sighs in annoyance].

Gary: dude, we literally live together.

Danny: yeah, right.

Mirabel: so, I'm just saying that......

Danny: [cuts her short once more] I can't really see what.........

Mirabel: Danny. [Raises her voice] What is wrong with you?

Danny: what are you talking about?

Mirabel: why do you keep cutting me short?

Danny: did I? I didn't realize that.

Mirabel: you're so annoying.

Danny: you're the one who's annoying. Even your presence annoys me.

Gary: guys, please stop. That's enough.

Danny: she's the one who pisses me off.
        [Spoken at the same time]
Mirabel: he's the one who pisses me off.

Gary: oh God!

Mirabel: [stands up] I'm going to class. Are you coming or are you waiting for the late comer? [Walks].

Danny: you.......

Gary: [cuts him short] that's enough. You drive me crazy. Let's go. [Stands].

Danny: [stands] sure.

     Both of them stood up and walked towards their department.

At Hi-Tech

    Danielle walked in with the coffee and distributed it to everyone. She gave two iced Americano to Mrs Lim and Ella, caramel latte for herself and Mr Thomas and hot chocolate for Jasper.  He smiled as he received his hot chocolate. He had always loved sweets and Danielle seems to know exactly what he likes.

   She gave the extra two Iced americano to Alice and Adrian;

Danielle: I didn't know what you like so I got iced Americano.

Alice: oh my, you didn't have to.

Adrian: thank you so much.

   Danielle walked towards Silver's office and knocked on the door lightly. She walked in and dropped the coffee on the table. Silver looked away from his laptop and looked at the coffee;

Danielle: caramel latte.

  Silver smiled so beautifully that Danielle felt delighted;

Silver: I don't like caramel latte.
