Do not allow hatred and bitterness
To hinder and destroy you
Instead be filled with love and forgiveness
That truly liberates you

Forgiveness is a choice
That you need to make
To set yourself free that
Your life may not break

Into pieces
Through your own hands
So allow the Lord's Grace and love
Help your heart to forgive and mend
