Many, many years later....... In a galaxy far, far away....... One planet finds itself in jeopardy as its end draws near. A beautiful planet resembling both the planet Earth of the Solar System and the exoplanets of Keplar 62. A world that went down as one of humanity's many failures. The planet Reach..
Beautiful ain't it ? Someone should take a picture. But we're not here to planet-watch. We're here to delve deeper. Onto the planet's surface, where a team of Spartan IIIs are getting some valuable pieces of information..
"Oh great."
"Wait really?"
"I see."
"Carter you... you can't be serious about this, right!?"
"Those were the orders I recieved from Holland, Kat. I'm pretty sure that's serious enough."
.
Fireteam Noble. A six-man squad of mainly Spartan IIIs. They had just received orders from their superior; Colonel Urban Holland; that they were not only getting one, but two new members on their team. Understandably, Noble team had varied reactions.
.
Commander Carter-A259: Noble One. The leader of the team. In all honesty, he doesn't mind having 2 new members. If they were able to follow orders and protocol, that's all he could ever ask for. Though he did feel a little upset that they were already getting a replacement for 'him' this fast, though not enough to hinder his expectations. Holland was kind enough to tell him that he knew one of them very well. The other.... well..... the Colonel showed a surprising amount of enthusiasm when talking about this one. So maybe this would be worthwhile.
.
Lieutenant Commander Catherine-B320: Noble Two. Carter's second in command and the most livid out of the team. Kat felt frustrated with this decision as she knew why they were already getting a replacement for 'him'. But she didn't think it was going to be this soon. Getting new members weeks after his premature death showed her just how much of a damn ONI really gives about Spartans like them.
