Pete pov

I opened my eyes to see my love sleeping. I smiled softly. I raised my hand and slowly caressed his handsome face. The more I think the more I feel sad about having to be away from my Vegath. How did I even live without him before? I thought pouting.

I slowly got down from the bed and went to the kitchen. I poured myself a cup of water.

Tomorrow is the start of the big mission. Phi Khun called it 'catching the psyco', hmm. Vegath got me the papers of mama's land. I can't explain how much thankful I am to have these lovely people in my life. And that is also the reason I have to be strong and bear this even though it really pains me to stay far from all of them. I'm really worried about their safety as well. Porsche has told me mafia business is really dangerous. Tears slowly made way across my face at my thoughts. I covered my mouth to muffle my cries.

"Love?"

My eyes widened. I quickly wiped my tears and turned around.

"V-Vegath..." I whispered trying to smile. "You weren't s-sleeping?"

Vegath's soft eyes stared back at me. He came near me and hugged me. "I woke up since you weren't next to me." Vegath said patting my head slowly.

I snuggled closer and sobbed. "I love you Vegath."

"I know baby. I love you too. So damn much." Vegath said kissing my forehead. I placed a small kiss in Vegath's neck as a response. "Shall we change our plan?"

I looked at Vegath shocked. "Huh?! But why?"

Vegath sighed. "Because you are sad baby. I hate seeing you like this." Vegath said wiping my tears that had fallen again. I smiled at my love.

I cupped his cheek. "Vegath, everyone worked sooo hard for it. So we can't do that...... I will be fine." I said the last part nodding to myself.

"Baby, everyone is worried about you. If you get hurt, I will never be able to forgive myself." Vegath said frowning.

I pouted. "It won't happen. I am your strong baby." I said smiling.

Vegath chuckled. "Hmm, yes you are." Vegath said pecking my lips. I giggled.

"Vegath, let's go to sleep now. You still have work tomorrow." I said worried. I don't have morning classes but that's not the case for my love.

Vegath smiled. "I'm not going to work tomorrow baby. I want to be with you."

"Really?!" I asked overwhelmed with happiness.

"Yes baby." Vegath said kissing my forehead.

After that we both went to bed and fell asleep cuddling.

Next day

"Please return my necklace." I said to Jack who was sitting across me.

"Pete, I don't know what Porsche told you. But none of them are true. I truly care for you. That's why I'm saying Vegas doesn't deserve you." Jack said with begging eyes.

How can someone be so good at acting? Porsche always warned me about such people. So I have always been careful but this was the first time something like this ever happened to me.

I sighed. "If you were really worried for me you should have never done those things to break us apart." I said in a accusing tone. Okay Pete, now say the dialogs you practiced.
