part twenty three - what just happened

As I'm walking back into the club to see the girls, I turn a tight corner and run into a someones chest. "Shit sorry!" I say rubbing my neck while looks down, I look up to see who it is and it's Jack. "Don't worry, it's all good!" He gives me a sweet smile, and puts his hand on my shoulder, I turn my head to look at his hand on my shoulder "Oh Jack, shouldn't you be out with boys?" I question him, being a bit confused. "I was, but got a bit overwhelmed out there. So I went to do some one on one training, and just so some weights." He explains to me, I nod at what at he says because I get it. It's an massive open training so it would be overwhelming like I started getting overwhelmed before. "Any ways, what you up to tonight?" He asks me moving his hands to his hips. "Oh nothing much, just gonna head home after training and chill with Nick." I tell him, he nods. "Ah okay, I was wondering. Wait never mind." He quickly cuts himself off, Ginni has been a bit weird lately but I'm probs overthinking it, am I? "Oh okay, I better get going! See you Gins!" I give him a hug and head off to the changes rooms before he could answer, I get to the rooms and all the girls are putting on their boots ready to go out. "There you are Cads!" Imogen looks up from her locker, "Sorry! I was talking to Ginni." I tell them, they all look at me strangely. "Isn't Ginni so cuteeee!" Tarini Brown says, we all know she probably has a crush on him. It's pretty obvious. "YOU SHOULD GO FOR IT!" Rowey tells her, Tarini giggles to herself and continues tying her boots up. "We're gonna head to the ground since the boys just finished, meet us there?" Ruby asks me, I nod and they all head of leaving me in the locker room alone. I sit in my locker and grab my boots from my bag, they are blue and pink nike boots that Nick got me to match with him but he wears different ones now but same type of boot but different colour. I hear footsteps coming towards the boys lockers rooms, I look around the corner and see Josh and Nick walking to there lockers. The boys lockers are in the next room, I get up and puts my head around the entrance of their locker room. "Hey boys." I speak, they turn around and see me standing around the corner. "Hey Georgie, you heading to training?" Josh asks me, I step from behind the entrance and nod at what Josh asks me. "You good babe?" Nick asks me, I once again nod. "Just tired, I'm just gonna push through the training session." I tell them, I can see Nick is a bit worried but I reassure him I'll be good. "You boys staying round until the end my training?" I ask them, "I will be, but Anna is picking Josh up to take him home." Nick explains as he takes his boots off and pack them away into his bag. "Okay, cool. I'll see you after." I wave bye to them and head off.

Nick's POV-

Georgie disappears around the corner and I look a Josh who's putting all his gear into his bag. "She seemed off didn't she?" I tell him, he shrugs and zips his bag up and throws it over his shoulder. "I honestly don't know, maybe she is tired. Don't overthink it to much Nick." He tells me, I know he right. I'm just overthinking it. "Okay you probs right, I'll see you when I get home." He nods and heads behind the corner to our his car. I finish packing my bag and make way to common room that most us boys hang out. I walk into the room and see Ginni chilling on his laptop. "Hey Ginni's what you up to?" I say sitting down next to him also taking my laptop out my bag. "Not much, just doing some uni work since Murph has family over tonight I can't do it at home so decided to stay a but longer and do it here." He explains to me, I nod with what he is saying and I open my mouth the speak. "Oh yeah, I'm trying to find something for Georgie's birthday. She's so hard to buy for, she's like a dad she always say she doesn't need anything." I tell Ginni, he see he grins to himself. "What are you grinning about." I laugh while shoving him over. "Nothing, do worry about it. I bet you will find her the perfect present don't worry." Puts his hand on my shoulder and continue doing his uni work. 

I look out the window and see the girls have wrapped up training, Gins has already left so I get up out of the empty room and head to the front entrance to wait for Georgie to meet me at. After about 10 minutes of me waiting there Georgie walks out the doors and towards me giving me a small wave, I wave back. I open my arms and wrap her into a hug. "How was training bubs?" I ask her, she nods in my shoulder and holds up a thumbs up. "Tired?" I ask her, she nods I guess she so tired she doesn't really wanna talk. "Let's get home and get you into bed." I laugh, I hear her giggle as well. We get to the car and Georgie puts her head on the cold window as we drive home, I notice she dozes off to sleep as we are driving. I place my hand on her thigh rubbing it just give her some comfort. I see a small smile appear over her lips, her eyes slowly open to look at me. "Keep your eyes on the road weirdo." She giggles, I laugh as well focusing back on the road as Georgie had asked me. We get home and Josh and Anna have just finished making us all dinner. "Thanks guys." Georgie flops down on the dining room chair and sitting up just so she could eat. We all eat pesto pasta as we always have pesto pasta 2 days before the game then bolognese night before the game, Josh and I have done this since we were little and we never get sick of it. We all finish up dinner and we all clean our dishes up together. "Well I'm heading to the shower and heading off to bed." Georgie annonces, Josh and Anna say goodnight to her but I follow her upstairs just so I could shower after her. "Wanna stay in my room tonight." I ask her as we go upstairs. "I'd love that." She turns around giving me a peck on the lips, a huge smile come across my face and I laugh. "Well I'll go shower in my room and you can shower in yours and I'll meet you in your room when we are both done." Georgie tells me disappearing into her room, I nod and head off to my room to shower. I get out and wrap a towel around my waist, I grab another towel and rustle my wet hair in it. I get out the bathroom to grab my boxers and pajama shorts when there's knock on my bedroom door. "Come in!" I tell the person at the door, my back is facing the door as it opens. 

Georgie's POV-

I knock on Nick's door and hear him say 'Come in!' I open the door to see him with a towel wrapped around his waist and his hair and body still slightly wet. Holey shit, how could he be any hotter. "Hi." I somehow get out, he turns around and looks me into my eyes. He looks down my body to see me wearing a beautiful flattering pair of pajamas. "You look beautiful." He slightly whispers to me, I giggle at what he says he walks over to me and places his hands on my hips. He places a soft kiss on my lips, I kiss back. We finally pull away and I look up to see his beautiful blue eyes. "You know your really sexy right?" I tell Nick, he starts laughing. Which makes me laugh, "Your sexy to." I then burst out laughing. "What?" Nick laughs, I just look at him "That was so cringe Nick!!" I tell him, he laughs. "Well I'm sorry, but turn around I would like to put my boxers on." I nod and quickly turn around and within seconds he taps me on the shoulder to let me turn around. He's now just in his underwear, I walk to the side of the bed that Nick sleeps on I slide into bed. "UM EXCUSE ME, that's my side." He says to me, I look at him and give him a grin, "I was here first so, your gonna have to fight me for it." I giggle he shakes his head and walks towards the bed. "Your on!" Nick says jumping on the bed and wrapping his arms around my waist to lift me over, we fight each other until Nick rolls me over pinning me on the other side of the bed. "Gotcha." he breathes heavy trying to get his breath back. We lock eyes as he's on top of me, he place another kiss on my lips and roles off me. I give in and sleep on the other side, Nick turns the light off leaving his lamps his lamps on. He slides in to bed next to me, and turns the light off. I fell him move towards me and wrap his strong arms around my waist. "Goodnight my love." He whispers into my ear, "Goodnight my boy." I whisper back.

A/N- HOLEY SHIT, WE DID IT! WE WON!
