Everyone arrived inside the palace and sat in a circle, Saya between Lloyd and Garmadon.
A sound of a gong was heard.
"All rise for Master Chen."
Chen looked around the room. "Never before have so many Elemental Fighters been under one roof. I see Master of Fire, Earth, Shadow, Speed, even a prophesied Green Savior and his perfect match, Light." He said, his gaze remained fixed on Saya.
She couldn't quite read his look and turned to Lloyd, who shrugged, confused, and pulled her close to him.
After his introduction, Chen explained the rules of the tournament. "Behold, a Jadeblade. Here, it represents life. Obtain it, move on. Allow your opponent to take it, loser. The rules are simple. Every match will be different. No two fights will be the same. Your powers will keep you in the tournament. Use it or lose it."
The door was opened, and Kabuki walked up to each one of the masters and grabbed their arms to show them their rooms.

Saya explored her room which was bathed in a honeyed glow, casting a tapestry of warmth that dances with the ethereal whispers of dawn's amber dreams.
She also realized that her favorite books stood in a shelf.
"How exactly could they know this?" She found everything about the whole thing suspicious. "Fucking creeps."
"Fellow fighters, hidden around my island are enough jade blades for every participant except for one. The one who returns to the palace arena empty-handed loses. The tournament begins...now!" Came from the intercom.

Looking at her ceiling, she found one. "That was easy."
Suddenly the Master of Speed burst in and wanted to attack Saya because he also saw the blade while coming in.
She didn't want to waste time on him and knocked him out of the window with a powerful push of her power. "Sorry, speedy. Maybe you'll have better luck with someone else."
Taking the jade blade, she made her way to the main arena to give the blade away, only seeing Jay there, no trace of the others.
