"Tensions are high." Garmadon noted.
"Yeah, not as high as we are now. Can hardly see the island from up here." Lloyd replied.
The Elemental Masters and Garmadon rode on a blimp above the island.
"I can't stand heights. Where's Chen?" Neuro asked.
"Yeah, I'm done with this shit." Saya chided and opened the door to the control room, but no one's piloting it. "Is this a joke?"
Chen was seen on screen. "How do I know if this thing's on? Oh, oh, oh, I see, the light. Oh, oh, I'm on? Right now? Ahem, ahem. Hello, final nine. I see you are all eager for the tournament to commence so one of you can win my Staff of Elements. Instead of fighting for a Jadeblade, today you will be fighting for something different." He showed them a video of Nya.
"Nya." Kai gulped.
"You know her?" Skylor asked him.
"It's my sister."
Chen chimed in. "We have an uninvited guest on the island—."
"And she must be holding the proof that will stop Chen." Kai concluded.
"—Find her and you will automatically move on—."
"The spell he plans to use when he takes our powers."
"—to the final round!"
Jay began to fuss. "He wants us all to hunt her down? She won't stand a chance."
Lloyd tried to calm him down. "Then we have to find her before anyone else does."
"In ten seconds, the bottom will drop." Everyone gasped at this. "But to show you I'm not a bad man, I've given you nine parachutes." Everyone but Garmadon rushed to grab a parachute. "Sensei Garmadon is there? Shoot, that makes ten. Oh, well, I was never good at math. Heh. Toodle-oo."
Saya groaned. "That guy's love for trapdoors is seriously getting on my nerves!" Everyone fell off.
"Lloyd, use your energy dragon!" Jay yelled.
He tried to, but failed. "I can't! I can't get it to work!" He countered and searched for Saya, finally seeing her not far from him, with a parachute.
"Your powers don't work because you aren't controlling your fear. Focus." Garmadon remarked as Mr. Pale stole Lloyd's parachute. "Control your fear. Don't let it control you. Center yourself."
Lloyd and Garmadon were both able to grab the last parachute. "We'll share."
"They're only built for one. This is an easy decision."
Lloyd smiled. "You're right." He opened the parachute for his father and let go.
"What have you done!?"
Saya saw everything and glided to Lloyd with little struggle. "Lloyd!" Both hold on the bag. "Take it." She ordered, her voice tense with urgency.
Lloyd's eyes widened in disbelief. "No, Saya, you should take it! Don't be so stubborn!"
