Chapter 8

Dustin continued on his journey, slaying every monster in his path, as usual. However, this time, it would be different. He was going into a new area now, known as The Hotlands. He continued trekking his way until he had come across a building. It read "Lab" on it. "Lab...? I wonder what could be in here.." The voices had started to fully take control over Dustin now. He peeked in the doorway to see a yellow monster in a lab coat with a small, white nametag on the left side that was tricky to read. "Dr. Alphys..." Dustin read, and his entire face went black, leaving only a menacing, red smiling face that looked similar to this; =). He used the knife handle to pry open the door, and he stared at Dr. Alphys for around 20 seconds, twirling the knife in his hand slowly. "H-hi! I'm A-A-Alphys! Nice kn-knife you got there! Y-you're not go-going to use it, a-are you?" She said, clearly petrified at the sight of the blade. "Depends. Can you run faster than me?" He asked, taunting her while still twirling the blade in his left hand. "Okay... y-you're going to k-k-kill me, aren't y-you?" She asked. "P-please don't h-hurt me! I'll h-have my friend U-Undyne defend me i-if you try to t-touch me!" She exclaimed, slowly trying to back away. Dustin started slowly walking towards her at about the same pace she was backing up. "I'll have you know your friend is already DEAD! There's nothing stopping me from killing you right now," he started walking towards her a bit faster. "unless you can RUN fast!" He began running at her now, and she starting going as fast as she could to the exit door, hoping to lock him in from the outside.
