---

sunoo was trying his hardest to not fall asleep during one of the lectures. he was staring at nothing, thinking about his previous encounter with jungwon, and about what he found out about sunghoon.

if only everyone else knew.

sunghoon was sitting pretty far away from him, in the first row. sunoo was at the very back.

he took out his phone, searching for sunghoon's name.

'not bored yet?'

he quickly put his phone on his lap and pretended to write something down in his notebook. sunghoon looked around the lecture hall, trying to catch his blackmailer.

'what are you talking about?'

'not bored yet of playing the role of an innocent little boy?'

'look who's the one talking.'

sunoo rolled his eyes. he felt that everything he was trying did not work on sunghoon. it's like he didn't have any weak point. he thought for a second.

'there is a rumour going around that you did the worst at the last biochemistry test.'

sunoo looked at sunghoon. he saw him somewhat restless while checking his phone. he didn't reply.

bingo.

sunoo wanted to press the subject even more.

'everyone is talking about it.'

'everyone.'

sunghoon looked again around the room.

'you're lying.'

'if delusion makes you feel better, then sure, sweety.'

'and who's the best?'

'take a guess.'

a beat.

'kim sunoo?'

'kim sunoo.'

sunoo suddently felt a heavy gaze upon him. he raised his head, locking his eyes with sunghoon's. he tilted his head, mouthing a 'what?'

sunghoon shook his head and turned back.

sunoo wanted to laugh. he wanted to laugh in sunghoon's face so bad. sunoo felt a surge of satisfaction as he saw sunghoon's reaction. he had finally found a way to get under his skin, and he was not going to let it go. he wanted to make sunghoon feel insecure and inferior.

out of nowhere, heeseung's name popped on his screen.

'lunch?'

sunoo typed a quick 'yes.'

when he raised his head he saw everyone leaving. the lecture ended. he noticed that sunghoon was not packing his things.
