Kelly.

"Marco, you're so funny. You've always made me laugh so much."

Marco said something that made her laugh but I didn't hear what he said.

I stood at the doorway watching Marco and his nurse. Her name was Andrea and she was from Italy. Anna and Sofia insisted that she be his nurse to care for him. Even though I wasn't feeling comfortable with it.

Marco was talking and walking. He was still doing physiotherapy because sometimes, he still had a bit of speech impediment and muscle pain but he was much better than he was three months ago.

He had to go through extensive physical and occupational therapy to strengthen his muscles so that he could talk, stand, walk, and use his hands and feet. Despite losing almost three-quarters of the blood in his body, he was able to wake up from the coma. The doctors said that he wouldn't but he proved them wrong. It cost a lot of money but Luca, Lorenzo, and I would have given up all the money just to have him back.

It has been seven months since he's been back here with us.

I crossed my hands across my chest and continued to watch them. She was grinning away but Marco wasn't laughing. His expression was unreadable. It seems she didn't know that she can't tame Marco. Only I can do that. I watched keenly as she helped Marco to stand as he tried to get up from the chair that he was sitting in. My blood boiled as I watched them stand staring into each other's eyes.

I couldn't take it any longer. I cleared my throat and stormed into the bedroom.

They both looked surprised to see me.

"Bella, you're home," Marco said, coming towards me.

I didn't say a word to him. I just looked at him and then at Andrea.

"Hi, Kelly. You're home early." She said while staring at me.

"Is there a problem?" I asked, looking her up and down.

I felt Marco wrapped his hand around my waist.

"Oh, no. There's no problem." She answered quickly with her eyes wide open.

"Okay, please excuse us. I need to talk to Marco alone."

I thought she would leave but she stood there contesting me.

Okay, then.

"Marco needs to get some rest now. He's been up all day. The doctor said it, not me." She told me in her strong Italian accent.

"I said that I need to speak to my man alone. Please close the door on your way out, thank you." I calmly told her.

She looked displeasing at me but I didn't care.

I didn't want to be rude to her but she was pushing it.

"Andrea, I'm a grown man. I make my own decisions. I decide when is my bedtime, not my doctor and certainly not you. You're just my nurse, know your place." Marco told her sternly.

I smirked at her. Serves her right. Who the hell did she think she was trying to control Marco?

"I'm sorry, Marco. I was just looking out for your health."

"It's fine, Andrea. Goodnight." Marco said to her and opened the door for her.

She barely nodded at him and slowly walked out of the bedroom. Still looking displeased and irritated.

Marco wrapped his arm around my neck and whispered something in my ear. I didn't even hear what he said. I was still upset.

"What was that all about?" I asked him.
