Personality: cheerful with the people he likes , But also very introverted and prefers to be by himself but again he's ok with the people he likes
Backstory: Growing up our androgynous Hero developed his quirk at the age of 4 like everyone else except his quirk was unique it was scary (more on this in a minute) this led a lot of people to be afraid of him including his best friend at the time katsuji bakugo, but when he developed his quirk he made friends with someone very special and she would help him through if all no matter what even with a certain dark side always there watching and talking

Quirk: Reptile
He can mimic the powers of an reptile The strength of a Komodo dragon He can create venom in his body to paralyse enemies He can create scales on his body from crocodiles to work as a kind of armour but if his enemy is physically strong enough then it can send him flying or break with the scales completely So basically he's natural form is quite weak but he can change is body to make it Faster, stronger, more durable He will later be able to access more unique traits like camouflage Drawback He needs to know about the reptile in order to copy it obviously
But the main drawback is what leads his quirk to be considered villainous remember when I said he had a dark side well When he uses is quirk for too long or tries too far push his limits He gets more feral until he reaches a form he dubs NAGA An old nickname and the mythical beast a sort of separate personality for when he loses control He becomes a wild beast on the hunt and won't stop until his opponent falls and finally another scary part is when he uses his quirk His eyes look like this

The other thing about his quirk is when Naga's rampage ha subsisted or nagisa just uses his quirk for too long the power can kind of short circuit and he won't be able to use it for a while
