He falls to the ground
Naga: than you'll be completely paralysed
All of them turn into statues
Naga: and finally slowly but surely you'll be unable to breath

Naga and Dabi walk away unable to hear the tortured people who have become unable to even scream

Cut to Nagisa

Nagisa to clean the common area and while he's not doing that he trains with his practise sword to get better and better

Nagisa's house arrest eventually ends
