Think of his quirk having slots and he currently has three available too him any more than that and he overloads but when he uses a Dino one of them fills up all three slots

Nagisa: the strength of a trex is about 5 times stronger than what I've been using before so doing it really hurts but it's clearly worth it now come on let's go
Nagisa continues to punch Kirishima: he's slowly breaking down

Long sharp claws emerge from Nagisa's hands and he runs at kirishima

They stare each other down and Kirishima takes the fall
Nagisa clenches his fist and roars too the sky: ALLL RIGHT!!!!
The crowd cheers
Nagisa helps Kirishima up
Kirishima: damn Nagisa that was a seriously battle you deserved that win
Nagisa: thanks ejiro I feel much better after doing that
Kirishima: I'm sure you do now go and win the whole thing
