Nagisa then creates fire in his hands and unleashes it straight at Kirishima but
Kirishima takes it but it pushes him back a few inches
Kirishima: we've both gone up against todoroki's flames but that was different it doesn't seem as hot plus the power seems weaker mot weak at all but definitely not as impactful
Nagisa: so it's overall weaker fire but I get to manipulate it

Nagisa's current dragon power
This power gives him great strength and speed along with the ability to fly but it also comes with being able to create and manipulate fire
The drawback however is He currently cannot control the flames and whiles he's using his dragon power the rest of his quirk is locked off so he cannot use any of his special abilities while using his dragon power
As for the total strength of the power It is just a bit behind typhon And much like it he cannot keep using it with eventually draining his energy
