"To whomever this may concern, I suggest that you lock your door when you sleep. Or else there would be... consequences. I don't want you to be mad at me for what happens, so I suggest you lock your damn door."
The note is written in messy handwriting, and there are lots of misspellings. It takes a few moments for Su-Ah to comprehend the note.
She grabbed the note from the door and went over to Han, in the living room. "Is this your doing?" Su-Ah asked, showing the note.
"Yes, I wrote the note."
He sounded annoyed that she interrupted his typing.
"Now leave me alone."
"I need an explanation for this. What does this note mean?" She continued interrogating Han, crossing her arms at her chest, waiting for Han's reply.
"Just. Lock. Your. Door."
His voice got louder and louder, but he never looked up from his laptop.
"Is it that hard to understand?"
"But... why?" She persisted, in an exasperated tone.
Han's typing stopped for a moment. Su-Ah could see that he was annoyed. He just sighed and looked at the ceiling. Han was reluctant to speak, but then he said in a softer tone, so soft she could hardly hear it.
"Don't ask questions that don't need to be asked, especially if you value your life."
"I swear you are SO confusing." She dropped the note on the floor and trudged to her room, clearly annoyed with Han.
Han heard the door shutting in Su-Ah's room. He sighed.
"God, this will be a tough year..." He thought to himself.
"I don't have time for your drama." Han muttered, then got back to work.
Su-Ah finished drinking her coffee, leaving her room to go to the kitchen. She washed her mug and then went back to her room, glaring at Han in the process. It was around 10:30 pm, so Su-Ah decided to go to bed. She finished her night routine and tucked herself into bed, genuinely, forgetting to lock her room door...

At 3 AM, Su-Ah heard a knock on her door. The knock was quiet, almost like a whisper, so quiet she could barely hear it even when she had her eyes open, waiting for whoever it was to knock again, so she could confirm she wasn't going crazy.
The knock was followed by a second knock, louder than the first, but still very quiet.
After the second knock, it was quiet for a few minutes... Then the knock happened again, but this time it was louder than any of the other knocks. It almost sounded like an animal was knocking on her door.
The third knock was a lot louder than the first and second. It was clearer that there was someone on the other side of the door.
She rubbed her eyes and forced herself to get out of bed. Su-Ah tiptoed to her room door and opened it just a little. "I-is anyone th-there?" She whispered, feeling silly.
But she didn't see anyone. Su-Ah was just met with the sound of breathing. It was deep and heavy, almost ominous.
She opened her door a little more, straining her eyes to look in the pitch darkness. "Is anyone there?" Su-Ah repeated, feeling braver.
The breathing got heavier. She was still met with the dark. Not one sound from the other side of the door, only heavy breathing. It was like Su-Ah was in a horror movie, where there was a killer on the other side of the door, watching her.
Su-Ah switched on the lights in her room, flinching at the brightness. She ran for her phone and dashed out of her room, turning on her flashlight, looking through the whole dorm. She turned on every light, except Han's room, through the dorm, but didn't see anything.
Su-Ah made her way back to her room, mentally cursing herself. "Su-Ah, you're so delusional, I swear, there's nothing here." She reprimanded herself, whilst she turned off all the lights, going back to her room.
She closed and locked her door. Su-Ah put her phone down and sat down on her bed. Suddenly, out of the silence, there was a loud bang on the door. She could feel her heart in her throat. Su-Ah was met with the heavy breathing again.
She looked through the peephole on her door. She saw something or someone on the other side of the door, but she couldn't fully make out exactly what it was.

TerrorSu-Ah grabbed her phone again, turning on the flashlight, opening the door quickly. "I swear, Han, if this is some type of prank, you are so dead tomorrow." Once again, there was no one there. The banging on Su-Ah's door didn't happen again. That's...
