Celery Stick

Y/N POV

Man, if this is boring, I will jump off a cliff into a pool of ipad kids. I stepped out the elevator and started walking before a small green thing stopped me. "Please take this badge and wear it at all times." The small green man, I think, handed me a badge. Damn I'm here late. I got badge 278. I looked around the room carrying my gaze over everyone until a man came up to me.

"Well, hello there! I'm Tonpa. You're new here, aren't ya?" The man said to me with a shit eating grin on his face. "No, I've been here 87 times, and my name is Billy Bob." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes at him.

"Well, how about a drink for the start of a new friendship!" Tampon said as I eyed the drink suspiciously. I'm not drinking that weird looking shit drink. No way, I'm just gonna walk off. I walked away like a baddie. She a baddie she know she a ten she a baddie with her baddie friend.

Tampa stared at me like I was crazy as I walked away to go sit down in a corner. I brought my knees up to my head and started to drift off to sleep.

I opened my eyes to see a celery stick in my face. I yelped in surprise as it talked to me. "HI! I'm Gon! What's your name?"
Gon said his smile beaming. Oh my gosh this kid is literally too sweet.

"I'm y/n." I replied dryly as I didn't know who the fuck this kid was or why it looks like a celery stick. I'm so hungry where is the food at. "Wanna meet my friends Leorio and Kurapika!" Gon asked obnoxiously loud.

I'm only going to because they might be hot and single. Maybe they're rich too. I want to be a sugar baby. "Sure, I'll meet your friends." I replied to him as I looked around once again.

Damn my ass hurts now that I've been sitting on the hard ass ground for so long. I got up and followed Gon as he led me to where his friends were.

Who let the old man in? "Hello, my name is Kurapika." The man now known as Kurapika said. Oh my gosh shawty got looks shawty got class shawty got hips shawty got ASS.

"And my name is Leorio." The slenderman said to me. Help I don't want to talk to this old man. "I'm y/n nice to meet you two." I'm trying to be respectful that old man might sue me.

Just as Leorio was about to say something there was a loud scream from across the room. "My how unusual seems this poor man's arms have turned into flower petals~." A voice said, I looked up to see a tall man with fuchsia hair. He's cool looking, I guess. Gonna ask him to be my sugar daddy after this. Can't explain it but he looks rich.

"Now you see them now you don't~." He said moving his arms around like he was preforming. Is he a clown or something? "You should be more careful and do apologize if you bump into someone~."

He began to walk away disappearing into the crowd as people began mumbling about what just happened. I was getting ready to walk away when Tara went up to us. "Just perfect. The psychopath is back." He said to us looking at the man oddly.

"So do you know that guy?" Gon asked as he looked up at Taron. "Does that mean he was here last year also?" Kurapika also asked Taylor. God, I need to remember his name. "Number 44, Hisoka. He took the exam last year, was everyone's top pick until he almost killed an examiner he didn't approve of." Tonpa said to all of us. Well, I got my information, so I'll go sit down again until the first phase starts.

I went back over to the corner I was at before Gon came over to me. I sat down and pulled my notebook out of my bookbag with some colored pencils and started to draw.

I was finishing up my drawing when a loud rumble was heard. A man with purple hair and a purple mustache but no mouth was seen coming out of the tunnel. How does he eat? Does he inhale it through his nostrils? He doesn't have nostrils. Does he fucking photosynthesize?  "Apologies for the delay. Thank you for waiting." The man started to say.

I began putting my stuff back in my bookbag and standing up waiting for him to finish talking. "The entry period for Hunter applicants is officially closed. So with no further ado, the Hunter exam will now begin." "One final word of caution. If your short on luck then getting injured or killed is a possibility. Anyone that wants to leave may leave out the elevator now."  Oh goody. I always wanted to take an exam that I will probably die in.

Why am I here again? I really don't remember but now I'm getting bored. Can he shut up and start the exam already?

Y/n forgets Tonpas name because she doesn't pay attention to him and sees him as a background character.

Y/n is 13 making her older than Gon and Killua (who she will meet soon.)

Y/n is around a bit stronger than Killua because of experience through her childhood (yeah ik y/n so quirky she has trauma.)
