One of the Repliforce's most resourceful generals, Storm Owl is a well-regarded member by the entire staff. He is especially skilled at night-time operations, and is so proud that he will absolutely refuse to follow orders that do not come directly from his superiors. He does not get along with Chill Penguin at all, due to somebody once confusing him with a penguin as a result of his appearance and short stature.

Spider was once a Maverick Hunter, belonging to the 0th Special Unit and serving as the comrade of Zero, the unit's leader. Spider then transferred into Repliforce later on to lead their commando division. Spider was a superb soldier who earned multiple honors for excellent service.
When Repliforce began their war for independence and was considered a Maverick group, he remained loyal and was stationed in the jungle, charged with guarding a powerful beam cannon hidden there.
