A huge, hulking specimen with muscles on his muscles, Christopher Smith is a world class marksman—just like his fellow Suicide Squad member, Bloodsport. (But if you ask him, better.) Having adopted the name Peacemaker, Christopher is more than willing to fight, kill and even start a war...all in the name of keeping the peace.
Christopher Smith was born in 1981 to Auggie Smith, a powerful and cunning small-town racist whose views deeply scarred his son. Auggie forced Christopher through training to become a killer, as in one occasion he forced his son to kill a man by stabbing him.
One day, Chris and his brother were listening to rock and roll until they were interrupted by their father's classmates, warning them that it was time to fight. Smith and his brother went to the battlefield while his father bet, finally the coach warned that there were no restrictions. When the fight with his brother started at their father's orders, Auggie Smith told Chris that he punched like a girl, motivating him to land a harder punch in the head which knocked Keith to the ground accidentally killing him
Tragically, Chris and the crowd watched as Keith did not get up as he moved around and drooled from his mouth. Scared, Auggie approached Keith, screaming as he stopped moving until he died in a fatal seizure, immediately yelling at Chris and insulting him for having killed his brother, Chris observed what happened while very traumatized while his father keep yelling at him. The event later traumatized Christopher for life and strengthened his father's animosity towards him.

Caitlin Snow's parents were scientists of Vortex Inc, they studied Cryogenic science and even got her into their studies. One day when she was playing in their lab a jealous rival in the company exposed her to a freak cryogenic accident, giving her the ability to absorb heat and project it as intense cryogenic energy, using these abilities she become a psychopathic criminal as her parents were blamed for all of it.

Real Name: Chato Santana
Chato Santana was born on June 3, 1981, in Los Angeles, California, into a family of Catholic immigrants from Mexico, and spent most of his childhood in the watchful custody of his grandmother. As the pyrokinetic powers he was born with slowly developed in strength with his age, he struggled to hide these abilities and curbed the temptation to use them growing up.
But, this eventually led Santana to weaponize them to his advantage and draw him into getting involved in gang activity at age 17, moving up the ranks by stealing cars, dealing drugs and selling handguns. Becoming known as "El Diablo" on the streets, he was suspected, although never charged, with the murder of fifteen men in East Los Angeles. He thus realized that this might spike his dangerous abilities further and adjusted to the life of a family man, marrying a woman named Grace and fathering a son and daughter with her.
One evening, however, Grace came to discover her husband's criminal activities by finding a stash of money and a pair of pistols in their closet and confronted him about them. When the married couple argued with her threatening to take their children away to her mother's, El Diablo lost his temper and had a hard time controlling his pyrokinesis. This resulted in him setting their house ablaze, killing both Grace and their two children.
Heartbroken and wracked with remorse, El Diablo handed himself over to police custody and was subsequently sentenced to life in federal prison. He was attacked by several inmates in the recreational area during a prison riot, prompting him to lose control and torch the entire area, killing those nearby. Deemed far too dangerous for a federal prison, he was subsequently transferred to supermax Belle Reve, where he was put inside a container capable of dousing his fire.

Lyric is a giant mutated intelligent snake created by Dr Kritters, he escaped into the city and created his armor there. Then he created the signal tower to turn the cities inhabitants into monsters. He captured all the monsters and sold them to wealthy mod bosses and king pins, gaining enough money to make and enterprise of it.
