Chapter 10

PHILS POV

My eyes open slowly and I feel Dans arms wrapped around me, our legs are tangled at a weird angle and were holding hands.
Dans hair is all curly and adorable.

'Wake up Danny' I whisper, taking a lock of his hair and twirling it around my finger.

'Phil you know I hate being called Danny!' He groans shuffling around slightly. Then opening his eyes to reveal his gorgeous brown eyes.

But they aren't just brown.
They are copper against honey and when they water they glow like two perfect orbs the same shade as nature after it rains. They are warm and sweet like milk chocolate.

God I wish I could tell him how beautiful he is.

'You're beautiful you know that' Dan says in a quiet voice, I don't think I was meant to hear.

'Thank you Dan, you're beautiful too'

A rosy blush spreads across his cheeks making him look like an adorable little anime character talking to their crush.

'Phil, is it okay if I have a quick shower?' Dan shouts to me from the bathroom.

'Yeah sure, just don't be long I've got a mate coming round soon' I reply picking my phone up from the counter.

I see that I have 2 new messages from PJ, the first says Hey Phil I'll be over in half an hour! Xx

Peej is very flirty but he's not really into me, we dated once and it ended very badly but we agreed to be close friends and honestly, our friendship is so great because of it.

The second text reads I'm like two minutes away Philly!

I hate being called Philly but I let PJ call me it just because, well I don't know why. I guess I just like when Peej calls me it.

A few seconds later I hear a knock on the door, I slip my phone into my jeans pocket and dash across the living room to see PJ, god I haven't seen him in months.

'Hey Philly!' He basically screams into my ear as he pulls me into a bear hug, he pulls me up until I'm on my tiptoes.

'Ah I've missed you so much' he smiles a big grin at me and kisses me on the cheek.

I make him a cup of tea, just how he likes it and we sit on the sofa and make some small talk.

'So have you got yourself any mancandy yet?' He asks light heartedly

'No yet Peej but there's one guy that I've got my eye on, but I'm pretty sure he's straight so that sucks'

'Phil is it ok if I just use the loo quickly?' PJ asks

'Yep it's down the corridor and to the left' I reply.

I hear a muffled shout and then a thought strikes me. Dan was having a shower.

PJ just walked in on Dan in the shower!

PJ comes bouncing down the hallway back to the living room his eyes full of mischief, 'wow Phil I didn't know you had such a hot roommate' Peej winks at me and smirks suggestively.

I know Pj is quite a flirt when he puts his mind to it but would be really do anything to my roommate who he's never even met before?

I have to trust Pj and most of all I have to trust Dan...

After a bit of awkwardness Peej goes back to his normal self and we start taking about random stuff, I hear Dan get out of the shower and go into his room.

'Well I should be off now' Pj says standing up and finishing off a slurp of his tea,
'Bye Peej, remember you can always stop by if you want a chat and text me!' I shout as he walks out of my apartment.

Over all that was quite uneventful.
