~ Chapter Twelve ~

Those flashbacks were coming back to her and even Lando noticed. "Baby? You ok?" He says as he pulls away from her neck. "Yeah.. just really tired, it's been a long day. You should probably go home or else Mason may see you here" she says as she quickly kisses him "I love you" she says as she helps him out the window "I love you too, Princess" he says as he starts to climb down the side of her house.

Tuesday 18th July 2023. The day of the drama trip. She woke up extremely early and started to head to school before Mason even woke up, she needed advice. She made her way to the drama studio and was the first one there "Des, I need major advice" she says as she walks into the drama studio and sees him counting up all the letters for the trip "what advice would this be, Madi?" he says as he takes a sip of his coffee. "Ok.. so Lando was in my room last night and he started to kiss my neck and I loved it but I constantly got flashbacks of what Tyler did to me.. I had to tell him to go home and I feel like total shit because of it" she says as Mr Poppy puts his coffee down on the side of his desk "Madi, it's ok to feel like that. You went through something extremely traumatic for a 13 year old and you've already taken a big step into healing by letting Lando into your life, don't feel that you need to rush to anything else. Plus, you are only 15 so you really don't want to risk anything" he says. "Yeah.. thanks for that, Des. I always knew you were the best person to ask for advice" she says as she takes out her phone to message Lando.

After about 10 minutes he enters the drama studio and sees everyone else in their group in there too. He sits down next to Madi and smiles at her before Mr Poppy does the register. Once everyone was counted in they made their way to the bus and Lando & Madi managed to get their hands on the back seats of the minibus. They both sit down and he immediately puts his hand on her thigh which makes her smile "Lan.. I really wanna tell Mason about us soon but I don't know exactly when. I'm just tired of having to stand back and pretend to be friends around you constantly when all I want to do is kiss you" she says as she looks at Lando whose face has lit up. "Same, I'm tired of hiding you. I want to show you off as my girlfriend" he says which makes her giggle "I promise I will tell him when I find the perfect time" she says as she quickly pecks his lips and rests her head on his shoulder for the rest of the trip

As soon as they arrive at the theatre they sit down in their seats and get ready to watch "An Inspector Calls" (I had to add it in 😭). Lando snuck his hand onto her thigh and kissed her hand a few times during it all. As soon as they got back on the minibus she rested her head on his shoulder and slept for the whole time. Once they got back to the school Lando woke her up "Madi? Cutie? We're back, we've gotta go back home" he says as she starts to wake up "how long was I asleep?" she asks. "The whole way back but it's fine, you were pretty comfy on my shoulder and I wasn't gonna ruin your nap" he says which makes her laugh slightly. As soon as they get off the bus Lando decides that he's gonna go to Madi's house with her as his parents & siblings are out. They make their way to the door and she finds her keys "you have got to be so fucking quiet because Mason is home and he will literally kill you" she whispers as she starts to unlock the door and sneaks into her own house. They were doing pretty well until they reached the stairs and saw Mason standing at the top of them. "What do you think you're doing, Madi? And why the fuck is Lando here?" Mason says which makes them both freeze "oh shit" they both say at the same time. "Oh shit indeed. Get explaining." Mason says
