Beacon Hills. A literal Beacon for the Supernatural. And now the new and old home of Elaine Linette McCall.

Her Mother never took her father's last name but gave it to her daughter. Elaine's Grandmother had advised her to do so, to protect her.

Due to her father's passing a couple years before and her mother just recently passing away, Elaine moved back to her Birth town Beacon Hills. She moved in with her aunt Melissa McCall and her cousin Scott McCall.

Her mother's passing, the funeral and Elaine moving in with her aunt and cousin all happened in a span of three weeks, in the middle of summer break. Luckily Elaine already had friends in Beacon Hills and didn't have to be the new girl completely. They were all her friends from before she had moved away.

She was six when her parents had decided to pack their things and move to New York. Right after the Death of her grandmother. But Elaine came back every summer to visit her aunt and cousin as well as her other friends like Lydia Martin or the Hale family. Lydia Martin and Elaine McCall were best friends since the day they met for the first time. No one saw them without the other. They were like sisters and still are, hopefully.

It had been a couple weeks now, since moving in with Melissa and Scott, and Elaine came by just fine, but still grieving her mother. Losing both of your parents is heartbreaking, but she knew they were happy together now. Melissa, Scott, and Lydia had helped Elaine so much already. Lydia never allowed her to just stay in her room all day and do nothing. That is also why she was sitting in the back of Lydia's car driving to a 'group thing'.

Allison Argent was sitting on the passenger's side. Elaine had already met Allison the last time she visited Beacon Hills. To Lydia's luck they also became good friends, almost as close as Lydia and Elaine.

"It is not a triple Date. It is a Group Thing.", Lydia explained.

"Do they know it's a group thing?", Elaine asked from the back.

"Cause I told you that I'm not ready to get back out there.", continued Allison.

"You were in France and didn't do any Dating for four Months?", Lydia asked.

Allison shrugged. "Did you?"

"I mean, after—"

"Do not say his name."

Since Elaine was friends with Lydia, she was also friends with Jackson. Though their friendship mostly consisted of teasing and annoying each other. But they also had their vulnerable moments. Very few, but they were there. And when Elaine heard, Jackson was moving to London, she was a little bit sad. But lucky for her, she and her mother went on vacation in the UK, and she used that opportunity to visit him.

"Is he okay? I mean, did everything work out?"

Since Lydia and Elaine were like sisters, Lydia had already told her everything that has happened with the Supernatural so far. Though Elaine had already known about it. She also haven't of had a chance to talk about it with Scott.

"Well, the doctors looked like total idiots when he turned up alive, but everyone got over it. And yes, Derek taught him the werewolf 101, like how not to randomly kill people during a full moon."

"So then you've talked to him?"

"Uh, not since he left for London."

"You mean since his dad moved him to London."

"Whatever, he left. And seriously an American Werewolf in London? Like that's not gonna be a disaster."

"So you're totally over him?", asked Elaine from the back with a slight smirk.
