Chapter 17:Report & Anna's Plans

Samuel's Pov                             
I'm standing with the others getting ready to call Lord Death,Jane comes down stairs from laying Xenovia down......
Anna:Good?
Jane:Good.
[I nod and turn to the mirror]
Me:42-42-564,Whenever you wanna knock on Death's Door.
[It activates and a few seconds later Lord Death appears]
Lord Death:Ah hello you six what's up?
Chris:We were calling to inform you we've eliminated the Fallen Angel Kokabiel as well as his allies & collected the Excalibur Fragments.
Lord Death:Excellent work was there any problems?
Anna:Well one of the Exorcists was injured,but her injury wasn't life threatening and she's been stabilized.Other than that there were no more physical injuries.
Me:However....
Lord Death:*Tilts Head*However?
Me:After eliminating a witch and most of his forces Kokabiel said something which caught our attention.
Lord Death:......I believe I know what he said.
Anna:That the Biblical God is dead.
[Tiamat & Elizabeth are shocked hearing this]
Lord Death:Indeed,it is true(We're all stunned by this)he was killed in battle against the Original Devil Kings who used a Forbidden Spell to cause their very souls to explode which is what killed him as well as all of them.
Me:*Wide Eyed/Stunned*A Soul Detonation.....
[He nods]
Tiamat:*Stunned*I've near heard of such a thing.
Chris:*Stunned*Neither have I.
Jane:*Stunned*Can you explain Sam?
Me:*Wide Eyed/Stunned*It's....It's ah process which essentially mimics that of a Atomic Bomb,destabilizing the Core of The Soul by creating a crack in it.Once it reaches a certain point or something sets it off the crack  grows wide enough which breaks the soul causing it to release the pure energy of the soul in a explosion said to rival even that of the of The Tsar Bomba.(They're shocked)However it's considered forbidden and seen as one of the most deployable things a being can do to the nature of creating a crack in a person's soul....For not just one but all four of the Original Devil Kings to Detonate their own souls....the damage done would of been unimaginable.
Lord Death:Yes it would have,however I was able to sense the cracks forming in their souls and went to the battle field.And just before the four Devil Kings Detonated their souls I placed a barrier round the area which prevented the explosion from causing as much damage as it would've.

Jane:*Nervous*J-Just how bad would it of been exactly?
Me:Let's put it this way(They look at me)the Tsar Bomba was detonated at ten times the power of all the nukes dropped during WWII.(They're eyes widen)But it was suppose to explode with double the power,but the scientists feared that detonating it with the amount of power it originally had would've caused to much damage to the earth.(They're jaws drop)Now think of that,but instead of only one bomb there's two of them going off at once.(They look at me wide eyed frozen in shock)Now you understand why the act of Soul Detonation is forbidden?
[They all slowly nod]
Dad:It's seen as the greatest taboo of all races(We look seeing him come into view),even Witches see doing such a thing as the greatest crime possible.Anyone that is even thought to be thinking of doing such ah thing is immediately labeled a Top-Class Criminal in the Supernatural World.
Lord Death:Indeed,the Original Devil Kings had committed the greatest crime one can commit all in order to kill the Biblical God and do as much damage as they could.Thankfully I was able to contain the explosion tho the Biblical God was killed.
Chris:*Wide Eyed/Stunned*Holy Hell.....
[They all look frozen in shock learning this]
Lord Death:Samuel(I look at him)what happened to Kokabiel's remains?
Me:The White Dragon Emperor arrived working on behalf of Azazel and took his remains away,I also told him to have Azazel call you since I figured you'd like to speak with him regarding this matter.Especially considering Kokabiel was working with a witch that had multiple Golems as well as Kishin Eggs serving her.
Lord Death:*Nods*Yes,I certainly do wish to speak to him about this matter good work.(We nod)Well then rest up you've earned it.
All of Us:Right.
Dad:Good work Sam.
[I smile and the connection ends,then we all head to just relax.....]

Timeskip a Few Days                   
I'm sitting in my workshop it's been a few days since the Kokabiel Incident and the day after we learned that Kiba ended up seeing the spirits of his deceased friends who were trapped in a crystal Valper had.They had Kiba take them into his body and when he did he achieved Balance Breaker & created a Holy-Devil Sword which he promptly used to decapitate Valper.We informed Lord Death of this and he responded by slapping Heaven & The Church with what is essentially a one time warning.'If you ever do anything like this again,you'll be labeled enemies of the DWMA', which according to Dad had them shitting enough bricks to build your own Nation.Irina's left with the Excalibur Fragments,tho do to learning of God's Death Xenovia was excommunicated and ended up asking Rias to reincarnate her as a Devil.Which she did making Xenovia her second Knight.Right now tho I'm just working on my pet project,as I'm working I notice Anna coming up behind me.She hugs me from behind and I look at her.....
Anna:So any progress?
Me:Yeah....tho it's still not anywhere near the Testing Phase,I'm still having trouble with one part.
Anna:Well Summer Break's coming up so you'll have some time to work on it then.
Me:As long as no bullshit happens.
Anna:True.....Hey Sam(I look at her and she snuggles her head into my neck)you're birthday's also coming up.
Me:Oh yeah....I didn't even think about that.
Anna:It falls on the same day as Open House in fact(I'm surprised)I spoke with Lord Death and the others earlier while you were still sleeping.
Me:About what?
Anna:I asked them if we could do something for your birthday....basically have the day off for it you know.
Me:*Surprised*Okay...what did they say?
Anna:They said sure and I already have something special planned for it.(I'm surprised and look at her curiously)*Smiles*I'm not saying anything else,you'll just have ta wait to see.
[She heads back up stairs and while I look at her curious what she's planning]
Me:Hmm.......
[I turn back to my desk and begin working some more while still thinking of what she's up to....]
