Chapter 50:Mother's Tale & Surprise

Samuel's Pov                     
I'm sitting in the living room of our house back in Kuoh,Mom's properly introduced herself and everyone was shocked to meet her.Apparently she's even more of a Legend then I thought as Rias mentioned she's called 'The Scarlet Haired Goddess of Enchantments'.Honestly hearing all this really does put into perspective of why she had to go,given how strong she is it's not hard to believe someone would target me to get to her.We also learned more about the Empire apparently it use to be two Human nations,but after a war it became one with Zeref Dragneel & Mavis Vermillion becoming thee Emperor & Empress of The Fairyheart Empire.According to Dad Zeref Dragneel is on par with a good portion of the strongest beings in the world,tho he's not officially among them do to it being unclear how strong he is,Acnologia is also in the same boat.In any case the Founding Festival is in ah little over a week so we'll be going to attend,with Lord Zeref and Lady Mavis also coming.As well as Lord Kurama who was unaware of Yasaka's Kidnapping as he was away helping Lord Nurarihyon with some other business.But regardless we also found out Rias and them will be facing Sairaorg in a Rating Game.Regardless tho right now we're all just relaxing in the living room.....
Anna:So Rias(She looks at her)are you guys ready for your fight with Sairaorg?
Rias:Well I'd be lying if I didn't say I was nervous,but we'll certainly try our best to win.
Ellie:*Conflicted*I don't know how I feel about this....
Mom:Understandable,however this game will simply be about determination,from what I've seen and heard.Sairaorg Bael is a feirce youngling,he won't be a easy opponent to for anyone.(We nod)But Elizabeth(She looks at her)don't worry about who to cheer for,they understand you care for them so just smile and tell them to do their best.
[Elizabeths nods with a smile]
Ddraig:You've always been wise Lady Irene.
Mom:Hmm well living a long life has that effect.
[We all nod]
Rias:S-So Lady Irene(She looks at her)how did you and Mr.Stein meet?
Mom:*Giggles*Well...I had been sent to deal with a group of wizards which had been causing some issues,this was about two or three years before Sam was born.But when I arrived they had all been slain by a witch that was controlling dozens of Kishin Eggs.(We're surprised)I begun to fight them,but I was unable to truly kill the Kishin Eggs.But as I was fighting them Frank arrived he begun to easily dispatch them one by one and I used my magic to enhance his physical power....Once the Kishin Eggs were dealt with we faced against the witch.She was rather strong tho I countered her magic with my own and ended up giving Frank the opening to finish her with the Demon Weapon he was paired with at the time.....When the witch was finished off,Frank and I started speaking....to be honest seeing him appear and fight those Kishin Eggs....I can't help but admit that I felt butterflies,it was like a fairytail where the White Knight arrives to save the Princess.....(She looks down)After that day we would meet a few more times,before he would ask me on a date......(She looks up smiling)I just could help but accept...
[We're all surprised and I smile a bit hearing the story of how they meant....]

Kate:*Smiling*Guess some Fairytales can come true after all.
[We all nod]
Irina:*Smiling*Oh man that's so romantic...*Sigh*I wish I had found someone like that.
Mom:*Smiling*Give it time,everyone finds their match eventually when the times right.
[All the girls smile hearing this]
Anna:So um...M-Mom(Mom looks at her)....that's gonna take time getting use to saying...but um how come Azazel seemed so scared of you?
Mom:Oh that...well long ago when the empire was still young he and some of his soldiers stumbled upon a battlefield I had been at....some devils had attacked me and I defended myself.And well....it didn't end well for the devils,Azazel and his men saw the aftermath and ever since they've been terrified of me.
[She sorta shrugs]
Akeno:*Surprised*Hasn't the Empire been around since during the Great War?
Mom:Yes,tho if you're wondering about how I've lived so long well I had used my magic to stop myself from aging.(We're stunned hearing that)I was originally a princess from a long gone nation where Humans and Dragons lived together,however it was sadly destroyed during a war with other dragons who viewed humans as food.
All of Us:......
Ddraig:*Disgusted*That time was a Dark Era for dragons...those that did such ah thing were nothing more then savage beasts.
[We all nod]
Mom:Agreed....however after the creation of 'Dragon Slayer Magic' the war was drastically turned in our favor.Unfortunately not long after Acnologia would arise and wipe out both sides...I was one of the only survivors and wandered for many years.During which I honed my magic and eventually stopped my aging...I later joined his Majesty and help found the Empire.
[We all look at her surprised and stunned hearing her story]

Me:S-So....Mom(She looks at me)...I....I know this is gonna be kind weird....but...out of curiosity....do I....or did I.....ever have any siblings?
[She looks at me and smiles a bit]
Mom:*Smiles*Well...yes actually(I look at her curiously)you have a older sister in fact.....one who's still alive.(I'm surprised hearing that)she's about six years older than you.Her name's 'Erza Belserion'.
[I look at her stunned hearing this]
Me:*Stunned*............
Mom:Her father was....well I hate to admit this but a sly man,who had played with my heart.(My bloodlust sparks up hearing that)Tho when his Majesty discovered the circumstances he had the man imprisoned....tho the fool attempted to fight and was slain by his Majesty's son 'August' who himself is quite the talented wizard.(We're surpised and my bloodlust dies down)After Erza was born I did my best to raise her...and when your father and I meant,I didn't hide her from him.Tho he accepted her and she sees him as her father....she's also knows about you(I'm surprised)and she'll be coming to the Founding Anniversay with their Majesties.Mainly because she wants to finally meet you.
[I look at her and can't help,but feel a surge of different emotions....tho the main one is excitement]
Me:*Excited/Smiling*I can't wait to meet her.
[Everyone smiles with Anna,Kate,and Ellie hugging me giggling seeing my wide smile.....]
