Kathy's pov

Have you ever been held captive in your own home by someone or some-thing? Even have to keep it a secret to keep your lonely father who you still live with as a secret? Well...I have. But I am getting ahead of this. It happened on my 18th birthday when... he came.

My father was getting ready. The only people coming to my party was my aunt. My father's sister.

She gave me a present and when I opened it, it was a puppet. No not the one I will run into. It was a dummy. I don't know she gave me this guy. He looked creepy. My father could tell the look on my face that it disturbed me, but I tried to look ok for my aunt's sake.

"Uh...nice, Loretta. What made you think Kathy likes dummies?"

"Oh I had a hunch."

I slightly frowned. I like puppets, not dummies. There's different kinds of puppets. My father could tell I didn't like it.

"Well, it's a lovely gift, Loretta. Right, Kathy?"

"Yeah...great," the doll did look similar to that dummy from Saw movies. Boy did he make me shiver.

"She likes puppets, not dummies," my other aunt name Ava said. She was a witch secretly, but Loretta, my father, and I knew. But she did her magic for good. My father was always worried about her though. Being a priest and all.

"...still, it's fine," my father told Aunt Ava, "Kathy will still keep him."

"Of course," I lied. Looking at this dummy I felt so uncomfortable. Like a creepy feeling. But there was far more worst stuff going to happen. More than this....
