Book Two-Chapter Fifteen: Can I dream?

Taki woke up in a rather small room, she looked around her only to find a few other people in it with her. All female as she realized she wasn't an adult, she wasn't out of the house of hell. She tried to remember what was real. Then it came to her, she was placed in the orphanage with her 'brother' Edgar. They ran from their home after it was set on fire.

She had been separated from him and didn't know where he was or how to get to him once more. It wasn't until the door opened and she saw an elder woman grab her forcibly by the arm that she realized that she was going to be free of the life that she had been in...whatever that was. Or was she?

Taki had been thrown into a cage with a blond haired male with blue eyes. The male looked to her sadly as she looked to him just as sadly. Hearing the shouting and screaming of the elders that looked over them it was clear what was supposed to happen. "I don't want to hurt you miss."

"Emilio...it's okay." Taki said softly to him. "I can take whatever you do to me."

His eyes widen as he realized who she was, she was the girl he dreamed about every night since he got out of the sewers. He cupped her face and pressed his forehead against hers. "Taki...We need to get out of this place." He muttered to her.

"We can't....Just hurt me like they want. If I must I will lie to you."

He teared up before he pushed her down, he didn't want to hear lies from her, so he did what everyone wanted. He hurt his friend, the person who he trusted. The woman he swore would love him when he got older. It didn't take long for both of them to be taken out of the cell they where in and tossed in a room together with the door shut.

Emilio teared up as he rushed to Taki's side as he did what he could to help her. "Taki...Taki please don't die on me now."

Taki gave him a weak smile. "I need you to kill me now so I don't get hurt later on. We both know what'll happen when we get out of here."

He shook his head. "No! No don't go! Don't leave me alone!" He shouted as he hugged her fragile small body close to his own.

He sobbed out holding her tightly. "Taki...Taki please...I love you."

Her hold faded which made him sob out even more. "I wish I could have saved you...Taki."

When he was taken back the body of Taki was kicked to the side and forgotten. While the male was away Taki's eyes opened and she saw a white haired male with red eyes.

"So you're the girl she tossed aside hm? I can give you a different life but in return you must keep to yourself what you know. That is...until the moment is right."

"W-Will....Will I see him again?"

"In time yes, but at that time he will think you are long gone. Dead with the rest of the people he once knew."

Taki weakly placed a hand out to the elder male. "I...I'll make him believe me...Please help me..."
