There was 2 weeks until the ball and I had a lot on my mind. It was a Sunday and it was early. Maybe around 10am? People always slept till late because they partied the day before, I mean the Slytherins sure do. I found a place to read in quiet.

The astronomy tower. It was always so peaceful here. I deserved some me time. As I sat down I heard a dark voice talk.
"Why are you here" he scoffed
I turned around to see who it was. It was Theodore Nott, the biggest player out of all of the Slytherin boys, well besides Mattheo Riddle.
"I'm reading can't you see?" I scolded him
"Well this is my place, get lost."
"Since when? I come here like every Sunday"
"I usually come here at night"
"Well I usually come here at the morning so your actually in my place." I said proudly
"You Ravenclaws always think your something" Theo says while taking out a cigarette
"It's you Slytherins always thinking people like you" I said back getting angry
"Your feisty" he said smirking and lights up his lighter to his cigarette "I get why the others talk about you now"
I walked over to him and looked him close in the eyes. " I don't see what the other girls see"
"Well then your blind"
I rolled my eyes "I don't even know why I bother"
"I do. It's because no one can resist me" he said smirking and blowing smoke on to my face
I just scoffed and walked away. I was walking back to the common room for some me time and as i was looking back I suddenly crashed into someone. It was Fred.
"Oi!" He says before seeing it was you. "oh hi there Grumpy" he said smiling "didn't see you there"
"Didn't see you either Freddie"
We haven't spoken that much since he asked me to go to the Yule ball. Maybe he thought about it and didn't really want to go with me I panicked.
"Your ready for the ball?" I said
"You betcha" he replied grinning. "You know I was thinking.." he said
Oh no his probably going to say he doesn't want to go with me AGH.
"I know you don't go to parties, but there is going to be this Gryffindor party later today, wanna come?"
"You know what? Why not, sure" I smiled
(A few hours passed and it had come to me and Fred laughing our asses off while walking around the school)
"Oh shoot!" Fred says "we should get going to the party, its already been 15 minutes since it started" he said while looking at the clock.
