Hunter had arrived where he needed to be. He had left quickly after the blood bath he had left in Penton City and had now finally arrived in Skylance. It was early in the morning and the smell of beer, piss and sweat already filled the air. Hunter had only been to Skylance once before where he had been sent on a mission by Diablo to kill a fellow assassin who had betrayed them. The name of the man Hunter killed was Lucian Grenos and he had been part of the assassins order longer then most of the others including Hunter himself. Lucian had seen Hunter as a brother so had asked him to turn on the assassins order with him as he believed Diablo had always treated them both as unworthy to become master assassins. He almost accepted the offer Lucian had given him but instead stuck to the assassins code, 'brothers in blood, we live to die'. Hunter drove his sword into the heart of his old friend with no mercy and left him to bleed out. Hunter loved everything about the city apart from that one memory that always haunted him.

Hunter looked throughout the streets for his mysterious new employer that had said he would meet him in Skylance. He sat down on a bench and pulled out a small bottle of spirits from his left boot. All of a sudden the streets were full of life with people cheering and shouting as a carriage pulled by horses came through the street. Hunter recognised it as being royal property because of the colouring on the carriage. The town crier stood up shouting, "Please welcome her royal highness, Princess Marie to The Denbire District of Skylance."

Out of the carriage emerged a beautiful woman that Hunter had never seen before. He put the bottle back in his boot and walked into the large crowd that was circling around the princess. The royal guards stood in front of the princess clearing the crowd out of the way. "Come this way princess, the orphanage isn't too far away from here." Said one of the guards signalling to her.

Hunter turned to a woman next to him who looked in awe of the princess. "Why would someone like that go to an orphanage?" Asked Hunter. "She has all the money in the fucking world and freedom to do as she chooses and she goes there."

The woman turned around to him with a very confused look on her face replying, "Princess Marie is gentle and loving much like her mother before her. She comes down every day to the Denbire district to spend some time with the children in the orphanage, reading them stories and playing games with them."

Hunter let out a laugh. "Woman with those kinda looks are meant to be playing with men and not with little children." He spat on the floor walking in the opposite direction of the royal princess. He had almost got back to the bench when a hooded man tapped Hunter on the back asking him to go with him. A grin appeared across Hunters face and he followed the man down an alley.

"I trust you got the message about King Jared dying?" Asked the man avoiding eye contact with Hunter who replied with a nod. "Good, good, very good. I hope you know what you're doing. You can't make any errors or this will end badly for the both of us. Complete the task I have given you and both of us will be rewarded. Me, with what should be mine and you, with unfathomable riches."

Hunter held out his hand . "I've never failed before, I won't fail this time either."

The man shook his hand, smiled then walked out of the alley.

Hunter had devised a plan as to how to get closer to his target. He climbed up the side of the nearest building using the window ledges to push himself up. He had a higher view of the Denbire District so could see when people were entering from the far gate. He awaited the arrival of a man named Lord Oren.

An hour had passed and Hunter had just spotted Lord Oren carriage on a nearby hill. He jumped across the last few buildings with haste before jumping onto the wall of the city. He slid down the side of the wall using a rope that he had in his equipment.
