"Team 1 stay hidden. Team 2 stay in your alignment until I give you further instructions. Snipers be ready to shoot. We only have five minutes to complete the mission, so I expect you to provide the best leadership and be highly focused."
The teams got ready for further instructions from the boss. The Snipers, who have already hidden in the bushes, inform the boss about suspicious movements. "The target comes from three o'clock, boss!"
"Team 2, move with the target inconspicuously. Team 1, I'll tell you when to move!" Team 2 tracked the prey. "Boss, he went into the department store an- he's making a phone call now." Blade said, hiding behind a pillar just like her comrades. "Listen to the conversation and report back as soon as he moves or gives other suspicious signs!" Team 2 tried to listen to the phone call as best as they could.
"Hello, yes, I arrived at the warehouse. I also took the bomb with me. Where should I hide it? Ah behind a pillar ok." Blade noticed that her pillar was the closest to him. She rolled on the floor and hid behind boxes as quickly as she could.
"I hid the bomb. Ah, I should turn it on ok." said the man nervously. Blade looked around the box and saw that the bomb would explode in exactly five minutes. "Sir the target has hidden a bomb that will go off in five minutes. What should we do now?" Blade asked the boss quietly. "Nothing yet. We're just waiting to see what information we can glean from him. Team 1 get ready to attack." Team 1 moved from the back of the warehouse to the front of Team 2.
"W-what? Why should I do that? No, you know that I have two little daughters. Ok, OK, I'll do it." he uttered and pulled a pistol out of his trouser pocket. He then sneaked out of the department store. "Sir the prey is moving out with a pistol. We also only have 00:02:35 minutes until the bomb explodes. What are your instructions?" Blade asked. "Team 1 go catch the man. Bring him than in the basement alive. Team 2 defuse the bomb. Snipers get ready." The boss commands and the teams change their positions.
Luigi from team two rushed to the bomb and tried to defuse it. Team 1 pursued the man and tried to catch him as quickly as possible. "Lee, grazing on the thigh if I tell you." said Shadow from team one to one of the snipers as he saw that the target was already far away. "He's holding an older woman hostage!" Coby said.
"Shit. We're on our way. Luigi, were you able to defuse the bomb?" Shadow asked as he sprinted with his team. "I've just finished now. We're coming to help. Where are you?" Luigi replies and runs off with team two. "How close was it to the explosion, Luigi? We're at the ice cream parlor right at the intersection." sharpened Ace. "00:00:05. I wanted to delay it for another four seconds but Phoenix said I should stop." laughed Luigi.
"Oh man Phoenix did you have to stop him?" whined Ace. "Guys concentrate!" Shadow said sternly. When they arrived at the ice cream parlor they saw that the man was holding a gun to the old womans head and threated the casier. "If you don't give me the money, I'll shoot this grandma!" the man shouted. Many people have already fled the situation.
"Get out of here. We'll handle it!" Ace demanded so that the remainig innocent people escape. When everyone fled, the two teams spread out into the room and tried to get the old woman out of it. "D-don't come a step closer. Otherwise I'll shoot her!" However, the threats did not stop the troops from continuing. The old woman is crying and praying that she will come back alive. "We will save you miss. So don't worry." assured Rose from team one the old woman.
Suddenly they heard someone clapping. Everyone turned their heads in the direction of the clapping and saw that a young woman was sitting at the table with an ice cream sundae and looking at the situation as if it was like a film in the cinema.
"What's going on Shadow? Why don't you have the target yet?" the boss asked impatiently. "We have a small disturbance in here. A young woman is still in the room." he explained to the boss. "Then get the woman out of this dangerous situation!" the boss suddenly shouted.
"Miss, you can continue eating your ice cream in peace later. We just want to solve the disturbance here quickly and we don't want anything to happen to you. So can you please leave this place." Ace said to the woman. She just looks at him bored and stood up.
They all hoped that the woman would leave this place before she suddenly make her way to the target. He just stand there confusely on guard and observed the movements she make. She knocked the man out quickly and took the gun away from him. She throws it to Nova from team one and helped the old woman out of the store. The teams watched the young woman stunned.
"Did she just-? Shadow, how is that allowed to do?" Ace whined in confusion. "I have no idea. Arrest the man and take him to the basement!" he commanded to his teammates. "Boss, we got him. We're on our way back." Shadow informed his Boss then runned after the young woman. When he found her he shouted after her "Hey! what was that about?" The woman turned around briefly to see who was calling after her. When she saw that it was the one troop man, she rolled her eyes and walked a step faster. Shadow didn't bother anymore and then made his way back to the basement.
When they all arrived in the basement, they took the target into one of the cells and tied him up. The boss came into the room shortly afterwards. Everyone stood upright. "You handled today's mission really badly. You also left a witness there. I'm very disappointed in my best team!" he scolded them.
He then walked over to the man and took a closer look at him. "Now let's come to you. Who do you work for?" said the boss but the man didn't say a single word. The boss sighs angrily and kicks him in the face.
"Tell me who you work for! The Italian Mafia or the Russian Mafia?" he held his hand out and Shadow handed him a knife. He took the knife and rammed it into the man's thigh. He then cried out in pain but never spillt any information. "Tell me who you work for! If you don't open your mouth, I'll have to torture you until you say it!" the boss shouted.
"Why did we have to get this man anyway, Shadow?" Ace asked Shadow curiously. However, he didn't respond to his teammate's question and continued to look at his boss. Ace pouted at Shadow's ignorance.
"Well, if you still don't want to say anything, we unfortunately have to do it the hard way. Phoenix, you are responsible for torturing this man. Then report back when he has given information. The rest of you can go back to your rooms." the boss snorted and punched the man in the face one last time. The teams disappear from the cell. Phoenix then started torturing him and all you could hear was the man's painful screams.
"Don't worry Shadow. The woman was probably boring or she belonged to one of the mafias." said Nova, the youngest member of Team 1. "That's probably true. We might have to tell the boss." Ace responded. Shadow sighs and got up from the sofa to go to the boss's office. He knocked twice and waited for the "come in".
"What do you want Shadow?" the boss asked tiredly. "I would like to report the woman who was in the mission because she has actually knocked out the man and then disappeared. She could be one of the members of the opposing mafias!" he reports. The boss looked up from his pages and leaned back in his chair. "Leave her description in my office." He said and stood up and then sat down on his table. "Yes sir." Shadow saluted and was about to turn around before his boss stopped him. "We will have a secret mission soon after we get the information from the man we captured today." he informed him and then dismissed him.
Shadow made his way back to his team. "What did the boss say?" Rosa asked him. "I should leave her description with him and we will have a secret mission soon as soon as we have the information from the man." he answers and lay exhausted on the sofa. He thought about the young woman from this afternoon and fell asleep shortly afterwards.
