Half a year has already passed and Selina had so much to do with the mafia during this time that she suddenly became the new boss of the Mexican mafia. She has reported to her previous boss at the American Mafia that she will no longer be a member there. He was able to show understanding because he had already received some information about Selina from Dante. During that six months, her father had already taught her a lot, but when her father told her that everything was still there, she was a lot overwhelmed. She also didn't know that being a boss in a mafia was a completely different world than being a boss in a company. The Mafia's headquarters are in Toronto, but they have given some thought to moving the headquarters to Washington D.C. Nevertheless, she still has a year and a half to carry out the decision.
"The next part I'm going to teach you is how to torture other people! I don't know if you've done it once in the American Mafia, but since you're the boss in this mafia, you have to torture people sometimes. I definitely enjoyed doing it." Selina's father said as they went down into the basement. Of course she knew that in the American mafia who were in the basement, but she only knows from Max that Luis tortured the people because the boss is fascinated by how he does it.
"Do you still have any that are in the basement?" she asked curiously. "Of course you always have a handful of people you can torture here. You have to get your information from somewhere." He joked and unlocked the door. As they walked in the room she smelled the smell of rotting people and old blood. When she walked past some of the cells she saw that some people were lying on the floor or hanging on the wall. She tried not to stare for too long. "First I'll show you where some utensils are that you can use. You can generally torture them as you want or hire someone to torture them if you can't do it by yourself." He informed her as he opened a steel door. A lot of different weapons could be seen in the room. From knives to whips and more. Selina looked at everything carefully until she looked at her father.
"When you're done, I can explain to you some people in the cells what information they can provide." He said and walked out of the room. When they were already standing in front of the first cell, he opened the door. A man in his mid-thirties is hanging on the wall. He has black hair that is slowly turning gray on the sides. "He works for the Russian mafia. The Mexican and Russian mafia have a tragic history in the past that I'll tell you another time. In any case, the two mafias don't get along so you need to get the informations from your enemy somehow." Fernando lifted the man's head so that Selina could have a better view of the man. "What information does the man have?" She asked curiously as she stood next to her father. "For example, he has information about their drug trade. With this information we can steal their customers to torture the informations out of them or give them a better offer." He chuckled as he pushed his head away from the man.
"Do we have any more people from the Russian mafia?" she asked interestedly. She needed the information because Damien is on the Russian side and she has developed a little hatred towards him. "Of course we have two others who know about other things. Why do you ask?" he asked her in surprise. "Oh, just out of interest..." she enthused as she then went to another cell. "Who's in here?" She asked to divert the topic. "There's someone from the American Mafia in here. I also got the information from him that you joined the mafia!" he smiled. She took a closer look at the man to see if she had ever seen him in the mafia, but that wasn't the case. She nodded and walked out of the cell uninterested. She looked to see if there were any left, but she didn't see any more.
"That's it?" she asked her father. He nodded and looked at her. "If you want to know anything else you can contact me at any time. If you don't have any more questions then we can continue with the paperwork." he said, standing at the exit. She thought about it for a moment until she shook her head. The two then left the basement to go to their office. She sighs at the thought that she has to read through so many papers again and correct some things, write cover letters or sign them. She feels like a CEO only in illegal. "Is it already tiring for you?" her father asked her with a laugh when he heard her sigh. "No, I just imagined it a little differently." She said as she opened the door to her office. Fernando laughed. "That's what I thought at the beginning too. I had to go through the same thing as you, except that I didn't get any help from my father. I had to figure everything out myself. Of course, I also made a lot of mistakes and then had to make amends for them "It was more difficult because no one was easy to get along with." He said as he sat down on the sofa and Selina sat behind the computer.
"But you still managed to run such a big mafia. You need these hard times to realize that you can't always do everything right away." She said as she logged into her computer. "Yes, that's true. That's why I want to teach you a few things so that you don't make the mistakes I made before. Of course, at some point in the future you'll make a few mistakes, but not as many and as bad as I made." he said serious.
"I don't want to distract you from your work. So I let you in peace now." He said as he stood up suddenly. "Where are you going?" she asked her father. "I'm going home. Where else should I go? Have a lot of fun filling out the papers!" He quickly says goodbye before his daughter could say any objections. She sighed with a laugh and went to work editing the papers.
