Being twenty seven and a virgin didn't matter to jimin until jeongguk, his college friend and work partner, made it a problem for him.

Jeongguk, two years younger and dating the most caring person in the world, Kim Namjoon, his superior, had to run his mouth about all their crazy nights together, making jimin, partly uncomfortable and hella lot wishing for some actions like that.

Jimin thinks he isn't one made for love, but there are times when he wonders how it would feel to love someone, unconditionally, like how jeongguk loves namjoon. Though jeongguk was a pain in the ass and made jimin third wheel his dates with namjoon an innumerable number of times, jimin was quite astonished to witness their love blossom into something wonderful.

Namjoon being the stupidly beefy boyfriend (not that jungkook lacked when the category is 'muscles', but namjoon looked huge next to jungkook and the thought always made jimin shudder, in an 'i-wish-i-too-had-someone-to-throw-me-around' kind of way) and jungkook the doting one in their relationship dynamic was making jimin crave for some, if not any sort of intimacy.

Growing up as the only child to his parents, Jimin's family really didn't hold themselves back from giving him all the love. Jimin grew up free, showered in his parents' care, so he should feel ungrateful for complaining about love when it's always been reachable for him. That is if he really opened his eyes.

The thought of loving someone to the point that you can't live without them is, according to his virgin ass, divine, a gift in itself, maybe sacred too (part of the reason behind Jimin having no-sex-before-marriage comes from him being an overly stupid romantic, all the kinds of soft for gentle love - he was so delusional for holding onto such ridiculous thoughts).

He still thinks he is too young to experience 'love', but that shouldn't stop him from having some fun. 

Surely nothing is wrong with losing your virginity to someone other than the person you love, right? Ha, he's single for crying out loud. Jimin is going to die fresh if he waits for the love he keeps dreaming about.

Might as well make the most of the opportunity available to him.

He said this much to his soulmate and favorite homie (Jimin would never say this in front of jungkook), Kim Taehyung, his best friend, before jimin knew the word itself existed, the only person who barged into his life unannounced and demanded to stay despite how troublesome he was.

They stumbled into each other one day, had exchanged a look that didn't even last for ten seconds and clicked right away like that of a lock clicking into place. Ever since then, they have been the 'insufferable duo'. Their yoongi hyung joked about smothering them in their sleep, fed up with all their tireless shenanigans. Jimin cackled that day after his grumpy looking hyung threatened to murder him and taehyung in their sleep, but one hard glare from yoongi, and he knew his hyung wasn't lying).

Taehyung, his lovely taehyungie, was the only puzzle piece Jimin missed in this life. Jimin would have perished if Taehyung hadn't found his way to him at the right time, eventually saving him and Taehyung from a world that was always too much of a hassle for Jimin to deal with alone. 

Taehyung with his long gangly figure, smooth black curls that extend up to his nape and mesmerizing eyes, is Jimin's source of comfort. Jimin likes to throw himself into Taehyung's open arms because it gives him a feeling of tranquility, like coming home after being gone for so long.

Taehyung's sweet giggles are another favorite of his. So are the warm lips that press a chaste kiss to his temple after a long tiresome day.
