Chapter Seven: The Meeting

Alex was making his way towards Hope Corporation as he was thinking about what happened back at the train station. He knew Anne and her team know about his identity because Wanda tried to control his mind and she saw memories of his past. He needed to go to Hope Corporation and let Joel know about what happened.

One hour later, Alex made it to Hope Corporation as he made it to the elevator and pressed a button as the elevator began going up. The elevator stopped as Alex began walking towards the office until he noticed Joel and he spoke to him.

Joel: Alex, we got some guests that want to speak to you.

Alex already knew who Joel was talking about as both of them opened the door and saw Anne and her team.

Anne: Look Alex, we don't want to fight you.

Sam: We just want to talk, that's all.

Alex: After that stunt, your friend pulled at the museum. I don't trust any of you.

Bucky: Someone framed me-

Alex: I still don't trust any of you.

Natasha: Regardless, we have one objective and that is T&T.

Wanda: For a month T&T has been planning something big and we need to stop them.

Pietro: I know it's hard for you to trust us but listen, we both have the same intention.

Anne: And that is putting an end to crime and corruption.

Bucky: I have a feeling T&T framed me just so you can divert your attention to us.

Alex was staring at them as Joel was gonna say something until the doors to the office were opened as everyone saw who it was.

Benjamin: Sorry about that. Didn't mean to interrupt this entire conversation.

Sam: Who are you?

Benjamin: Yeah I'm getting to that part. I'm Benjamin.

Alex: What are you doing here?

Benjamin: I came to meet all of you. It's about T&T.

Everyone was looking at each other as Benjamin had a smile on his face and continued talking.

Benjamin: Look I know who all of you are. It's easy figuring out your identity, Alex.

Alex was staring at him as Benjamin continues talking to them.

Benjamin: And I'll be honest with all of you. I'm Nightwing and for many years, I've been protecting Blüdhaven. For a month, I've been looking into the T&T case and need your help.

Natasha: Well looks like all of us has the same intention.

Anne: What did you find in your case?

Benjamin: A lot of things. T&T has been stealing chemical components for some reason.

Bucky: While in Gotham, they have been stealing weapons and armour.

Wanda: They also needed a lot of money.

Natasha: What are they even planning?

Alex was silent as Joel said something to him.

Joel: Kiddo, you need to speak to them. They can be our allies.

Alex sighed to himself as he looked at everyone and spoke to them.

Alex: I have a doubt T&T is working for someone and they're planning something big.
