The time was five twenty four p.m. It was raining heavily in Gotham as lightning flashed in the sky. Civilians were walking through the streets as they had umbrellas in their hands. There were other civilians running towards their homes to avoid getting wet from the rain. In a convenience store located in Miagani Island. Someone was buying a soda as he paid for it and left the store as he began looking around the city.

Bucky was free from HYDRA's control and now he was looking for Anne and her team. He first came Metropolis after hearing Anne and her team took down T&T mercenaries after hijacking a cruise ship. Barnes found out that Anne's last location was in Gotham and wanted to reunite with them.
Bucky was fixing his cap and continued walking through the streets as he was drinking soda until he looked at a television screen which showed yesterday's news.
The news talked about the bank robbery as Bucky knew Anne and her team stopped the robbery. He continued walking through the streets until he heard something from his phone. He pulled out his phone and heard something from a police broadcast as he was listening to it.
Officer: [On Radio] All units. Multiple officers down at Gotham museum. Suspect is stealing valuable artifacts. We need back up!
Bucky knew Anne and her team are gonna stop the robbery at the museum as he began making his way towards the museum.
Ten minutes later, Bucky made it to the museum as he began looking around and saw multiple officers were killed as he continued examining the crime scene.
Suddenly Bucky saw someone running away as he began chasing the assailant and noticed the assailant was wearing the same outfit as Barnes was wearing.
Bucky: Stop right there!
Barnes continued running until he noticed the assailant was gone as he was annoyed. Suddenly multiple SWAT officers broke through the window as they began aiming their weapons at Bucky.
SWAT Officer: Stop right there!
SWAT Officer: You got nowhere to run.
Bucky was looking at them as the SWAT officers were gonna fire at him until Barnes threw a flash grenade which stunned the officers.
Bucky began running away as he was running up the stairs as multiple officers tried to stop him but he took down some of the officers and continued running.
Eventually Bucky made it to the rooftop as he saw multiple SWAT officers chasing him until Barnes jumped off the rooftop and landed on another rooftop.
Barnes was gonna walk away until he heard a sound as he turned around and saw two officers pointing their pistols at him.
Officer: Holy crap. Its the winter soldier.
Officer: Looks like he decided to rob a museum and killed our men.
