When y/n woke up, she was shocked to see Bradley still laying next to her. She'd been expecting him to leave before she woke, yet there he was. Bradley's head rested beside hers, their arms and legs entwined. He must've fallen asleep while trying not to wake her with his snoring or something. Yawning, she turned over so that they were face to face, meeting Bradley's already open eyes, watching her.

Y/n blushed, "Good morning."

"Hi."

"Surprised you stayed all night." She sat up to stretch.

"You weren't complaining about me last night, Foxy." Bradley replied in a suggestive way.

"No... yeah, but," she shook her head, "not like there was room to issue complaints." She looked down at their interlocked fingers, her cheeks heating up for the millionth time since last night. She didn't know what had possessed her to hold his hand but there it was. Her stomach was doing flips as she looked up into his eyes, and it wouldn't quit no matter how many times she told herself she couldn't have feelings for him because she was in a relationship, an open one but still in one. But here they were anyway and Bradley was looking at her in such a way that made the butterflies in her stomach come alive again, reminding her that she could have him, no matter who she was with or what kind of relationship she may or may not be in with someone else. So, she decided to just ignore all of that for now and focus on the moment.

She leaned closer and kissed him softly, her eyes closing as her hands drifted down his toned body. His mouth opened slightly against hers as she deepened the kiss, pressing their bodies together more firmly. He wrapped one arm around her waist, pulling her into his lap, the other holding onto her hip. He was warm against her skin, lighting every inch of her body on fire.

They separated for air, foreheads resting together. Even in the darkroom, Y/n could make out Bradley's brown eyes, pupils blown, matching her own. The air between them was filled with tension, whether it was sexual or not, Y/n couldn't pin it, but this was the first time they'd been alone since he arrived, and y/n wanted to enjoy every minute, but before anything more could happen the door slid open, startling Y/n out of her head. Bradley and y/n both jump and look away from each other, guilt immediately hitting them when they see who stood at her door.

"Oh, you gotta be kidding me." Jake almost growled seeing one of his teammates in bed with his girlfriend. Before anyone could get a word out to defend themselves Jake stormed over to where they sat, snatched up Bradley by the collar of the shirt he just threw on, and threw him out the bedroom door, yelling, "Get the hell away from my girl!"

"Jake! Stop it! You can't do this!" Y/n cried after him, but he slammed the door shut in her face, sliding the closest chair under the handle to keep it closed.

"Jake!" She shouted, banging on her bedroom door. "Jacob, open this door!" She pounded harder and harder, crying as she listened to the chair slide across the wooden floor. Tears slipped down her cheek, and she wiped at the tears angrily. "Come on, Jake! Open up!" Y/n continued slamming her fists against the door. She heard the chair slide away, then the door swung open. Jake stared at her, jaw clenched. Y/n looked down at the ground. She knew she had to say something. Was he mad because she had slept with Bradley? Vividly. Y/n glanced behind Jake to see if Bradley was close by, but there was no sign of him. Y/n sighed in relief, meaning Bradley wasn't dead in the hallway.

"How long has this been going on?" Jake asks.

"Why does it matter? It was your idea to sleep with others in college." She snapped defensively.

Jake rolled his eyes. "You're right. It was my idea. But you agreed to no teammates!"

Y/n crossed her arms and frowned. "Why do you have to ruin everything?"

"You broke our deal!"

"You broke my heart!"

"What?"

"I told you I was done! All I wanted was you!" Y/n shouts. "But you'd rather whore around for another 10 months then get ready to settle down with me." The look on Jake's face was indescribable. Shock, hurt, confusion, anger...

"We should break up," Y/n spat out, "permanently."

"Fine." Jake spat back, "Don't come crawling back to me when you realize how much you screwed up, got it?"

"Whatever." Y/n scoffs, slamming her door shut.

"Hey Foxy."

"Bradley! You survived the ROFM death, huh?" Y/n chuckles as Bradley walks up to her at the nightclub.

"Well you know me, always gotta come back and finish what I started." Bradley says, shrugging off his jacket to reveal a tacky Hawaiian shirt with a white tank top underneath.

Y/n's heart races as she gazes down at his torso, imagining him naked beneath it. "And what exactly did you have to finish?" She asks quietly, her voice showing a hint of longing.

"Hmm. Well..." Bradley leans down to whisper in her ear so she can hear him over the music, "It's actually pretty simple, really."

"Yea?"

"You and I had a groovy time in private last night." Bradley smiles.

"We did."

"And now it's only fair that I show you a good time in public." Bradley holds his hand out to her. "Dance with me?"

Y/n stares at his hand for a few moments. Then, with a soft sigh, she smiles as she takes his hand. Take Your Time booms through the speakers as Bradley guides her to the dance floor, immediately falling into the beat. For the first time since she started college, y/n doesn't feel awkward dancing with someone, especially Bradley. The song ends and shifts to a softer song. Y/n rests her head on Bradley's shoulder, closing her eyes. She feels Bradley's hand rest on her lower back, rubbing small circles while his left hand holds hers.

"So, Foxy..." Bradley starts, "what happened with Jake this morning?"

"Broke up with him."

"Woah! Foxy what happened?" Bradley stops their swaying.

"If he wants to whore around for the next year that's on him, I'm not gonna wait around forever for him to get his head out of his ass."

"I agree."

"What?" Y/n looks up to face him.

"About not waiting for him to get his head out of his ass. If he's gonna continue sleeping with some other girl, I'm not gonna hold back."

"From doing what?" Y/n cocks her head.

"Anything, really."

"Like?"

"Like..." Bradley puts his other hand on her waist. "Getting naked, maybe kissing you again..." He smirks.

"You know," she whispers in his ear, "you might wanna start talking with your tongue first." Y/n kisses the corner of his mouth as the two of them break eye contact to laugh. Then they turn their attention back to the music.

"Oh I love this song!" Y/n cheers, as the next song plays.

"You know, I can play this on the piano." Bradley chuckles.

"No you can't!"

"Yea Foxy. Come here." Bradley leads her towards the piano in the corner. He turns her just enough to lift her up onto the back of it.

"What are you doing, Bradshaw?" Y/n laughs, settling in. Bradley simply holds up a finger before making his way to the DJ. The music cuts off just as Bradley reaches the piano and the groans of the patrons ring through. "Bradshaw?"

The first four notes of what she just proclaimed as one of her favorite songs floats from the piano as Bradley sings.

"You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain. Too much love drives a man insane. You broke my will but what a thrill. Goodness gracious, great balls of fire!" Bradley nods to y/n to keep going.

'No.' She mouths but he smiles and keeps playing. y/n shakes her before she picks up the next line. "I laughed at love cause I thought it was funny. You came along and moved me honey. You changed my mind, this love is fine."

"Goodness gracious, great balls of fire!"
