Percy's POV:

Darkness. Darkness everywhere. But along with the darkness, brings peace. Welcoming me in. Telling me it's safe in the darkness. To stay forever. But then I hear faint voices. They sound familiar, but at the same time, I don't recognize them.

Then comes the pain. Pain all over my body. The voices halt and the pain stops. I figure it must be me trying to wake up. I suddenly remember one name.

Annabeth.

I need her. She needs me. I gather up all my strength to wake up. I remember when I first came to camp and immediately saw my Wise Girl.

"You drool in your sleep." Was the very first thing she told me.

When we found the Golden Fleece. When we held up the sky. When we made it though the Labyrinth. When we won the Second Titan War. All the quests we went on. Then to the Second Giant War. We even went through Tartarus together. TARTARUS.

I remember all that, putting it into my strength. Memories fading out. Voices fading in. My whole body feels like it's on fire. But I don't let that stop me. No. I need to get to my Annabeth.

I groan. The voices stop, once again, and I hear rustling. I try and try to open my eyes, but it feels impossible. I hear the love of my life whisper in my ear.

"You can do this. You have to wake up. We're all counting on you to wake up." She tells me.

That's all I needed. Just that tiny bit of encouragement from my very best friend. I force my eyes open, light blinding me.

"Will. Elwin. He's awake." I hear a voice that sounds like Hazel say.

"Coming!" Another voice sounds, though I can't place it.

"Hold on a sec! Need to grab some ambrosia!" I hear yet ANOTHER voice that sounds like Will call.

The light dies down a little bit and I can actually see now. I try to smile at Annabeth, but only manage to lift up the corners of my lips.

"Why, hello there, Seaweed Brain." She says. "You still drool when you sleep."

I roll my eyes, which results in a MAJOR headache. I manage not to wince, but my small smile drops.

"What's wrong?" Annabeth asked.

I see others come into view. When did it get so crowded? My breathing gets out of hand when the walls start closing in. I start sweating like crazy, but only on my face.

"Percy?" I hear a muffled voice call.

A familiar boy with blond and and a familiar man with brown hair push their way up to the front.

"Hold on, Perce. Eat this." The blond boy gives me a piece of ambrosia. I swallow with little difficulty, and my headache fades.

A dim light orb thing appears in front of my face. I wince a little, but very subtly. The man—what was his name? Eden? Elwin? Elwin! That was it!—snaps his fingers to make the light go away.

"You alright?" Piper asks.

"Ya." I manage to croak.

"Guys. How about giving him some space?" Will pushes everyone but Annabeth back.

I suddenly feel a slight breeze against my face. Oh how it feels so good to have a breeze on my face!

I clear my throat, trying to get Annabeth's attention.

"Wut?" She asks.

I point my eyes to a cup of water. Then I bring my eyes back to hers and they lock.

A: Want water?

Me: YES PLEEAASSEE!

She got up and got a glass of water. She dumps it on my face and I can talk again.

"Thanks." I rasp.

"No problem." She smiled. I smiled back. "You feeling better?"

"Maybe." I smirk.

I then remember that we're not alone. "You guys can come back. I just needed water, that's all."

They all come into view and start asking a bunch of questions.

Will and Elwin let me out after running a couple tests. We walk down to the beach, where my head is always clear, and they start asking me even MORE questions. Some I can't even answer.

This was going to be a LOOONNNGG night.

Sorry for the short chapter. I drew the Percy up there. It's not THAT good. It was a ten minute thing cause I was in the car. Anyways, hope you enjoyed!
