I own nothing but the plot. Sing the title to the rhythm of The Wizard of Oz.

Fitz's POV:

Why did we go to the beach? Is it a special place or something? Like, it's not like the water can heal anyone or anything. It's almost like their second or third home.

"Fitzypoo!" Keene yelled in my face.

"What?" I yelled back.

"Foster asked you a question!"

"Why?"

"I don't know!"

I turned to Sophie. "Yeah?"

"Since Percy said he can't really remember what happened, would you want to search his memories?" She asked.

"Sure!" I smiled. "Good thing we're cognates!"

"'GOOD THING WE'RE COGNATES.' Yeah. Lucky you." Bianca smirked.

I stuck my tongue out at her, then turned to Percy. "Ready?"

He nodded. "It won't hurt... right?"

"No. Not at all." Sophie said.

We walked up to him and placed one finger on one of his temples each. As soon as I entered his mind, it was like a layer of mist was covering everything up. On top of that, a bunch of waves kept on pushing me down.

Sophie, I transmitted. Need a boost?

Nah. I got think I got it.

Suddenly, the waves got pushed by an imaginary force. But, still, there was mist. A small boy who looked around four or five years old came up to us.

"This is so weird. I can change my age and everything!" He said.

Awww! Percy! You were so adorable as a four year old! Sophie cooed.

Ah! What about me! I smirked.

Sophie's consciousness blushed. Can they even do that?

Ready to get PROBED?

"Uh... sounds like what aliens do." Said Percy.

Don't worry. It's just what we call searching your memories.

"Oh! Then ok!" He stepped back and cleared the mist.

We started going around his mind. There were some memories that were off. They were distorted and looked like a scrambled puzzle piece. As I saw more and more, I realized they weren't normal memories. They were broken, held together by only a string of thread.

We wandered down another memory lane when something caught my eye. A memory of Percy and a girl.

"Give this to Nico. Tell him I'm sorry." The girl ran to a big robot thing.

"Bianca!" Percy called out.

Another memory shined in my face. Percy, Grover, Annabeth, Thalia and two other girls.

"I-I can see the stars again, M'lady." The girl on the ground said. "Stars."

I realized that Percy had been through so much. He's not even eighteen yet! We finally stopped at a memory. It showed Lady Gisela, Ruy, Gethan, Fintan, and one other guy in a Neverseen cloak.

"We will have our chance. All we need is that Sea Spawn, Perseus Jackson, my son, and the Moonlark. We will have all we ever need." Gisela hissed.

"I'm not saying we won't. I'm just saying we need to act quickly. If not, things may not fall into place as they should." Ruy said.

"Well, maybe if you stopped arueing, we could be planning right now!" Gethan yelled.

The three started to fight until Fintan's hand burst into flames.

"QUIET!" He yelled. "I think we should listen to our friend here, for it IS his idea we are using, is it not?"

"Well, it's MY son." Gisela narrowed her eyes. Fintan narrowed his eyes back. "But I SUPPOSE it won't do much harm letting our friend here take the lead."

The figure cleared his throat. "We will attack tomorrow at six pm. It is the most unsuspecting time. Bring the gadgets out technopaths created, bring melders, and other weapons you can get your hands on. Bring snacks, healing supplies, water, and most importantly, DO. NOT. BE. LATE." They all nodded. "Good. Meet up here around five pm."

The memory ended.

What was that about? Who was that?

I don't know, but I don't like it.

Percy cleared his throat. "That's what I saw when I was apparently attacking you."

Thanks, Percy.

"No problem."

We left his mind and sat down on the sand. I looked at Sophie, then Percy, then back at Sophie.

"Who do you think that was?" I asked.

"I'm not sure. He had a perfect accent, sounded like a Vacker. Did you notice those ears? They looked longer than Bronte's, but shorter than Fallon's." Sophie said.

"No, I was focused on the fight. It's quite entertaining watching people fight." I mused.

"Guess it is." Sophie smiled.

"We should probably talk to the Council about this." I suggested. "See if they know if this is a registered ancient."

"Ok. Let's go now." Sophie got up. "Wanna go see Eternalia?"

The demigods said yes and pretty soon, we were falling from the sky and into the void. We crash landed right in front of the Council.

"WHAT ON EARTH?" Alina screamed.

"Miss Foster. What problem have you DROPPED on us now? Get it? Get it?" Emery tried. No one responded and he blushed bright red. "Well, in all seriousness, why have you come?"

"We need to ask a question. It's about the Neverseen." Sophie said.

"What about them?" Terik asked.

"Is there an ancient that is older than Councilor Bronte, but younger than Fallon?" I asked.

"Hmmm... oh no." Bronte paled.

"What is it?" Oralie asked.

"Do you think it could be... Kemlin?"

I am so sorry. I'm getting bad at making the chapters at least 1000 words long. I only have 900 words. What POV should I do next? Hope you enjoyed!
