Theodosia and Phillip were playing together. He was sitting on his floor with a pile of toy cars, lining them up and then knocking them down. Theodosia watched him as he silently moved them around. She could sense a tension in the air. There was something wrong.

Theodosia scooted closer to Phillip and said softly, "What's wrong?"

Phillip kept his gaze on the cars, not lifting his head. He swallowed hard and said in a low voice, "My dad."

"What about him?" Theodosia asked, her voice gentle.

Phillip sighed and shifted his eyes to meet hers. "He's been acting weird lately. I can't tell what's wrong, but I'm worried."

Theodosia smiled sympathetically and put her hand on his shoulder. "It's okay. Tell me what's wrong."

Phillip took a deep breath. "Well, he's been distracted lately. He never laughs anymore. He seems...sad. He's been going to therapy but it doesn't really help."

Theodosia nodded and squeezed his shoulder. "It's okay to be worried. It's natural. But it's also okay to talk about it. Talking can help."

Phillip looked down at the cars again. He sighed and said, "I don't know. I'm scared about what might be wrong."

"It's okay to be scared," Theodosia said. "But sometimes, talking to someone can help us understand our worries better. It can make us feel less scared."

Phillip nodded and looked up at her. "Maybe I should talk to Dad about it."

Theodosia smiled and nodded. "That sounds like a good idea. It might be hard, but it will help you feel better."

Phillip looked away and thought for a moment. Then he said, "Okay. I'll try." He looked back at Theodosia, and she could see the worry in his eyes.

"It's going to be okay," she said. "I'm here for you."

Phillip smiled back at her. "Thanks, Theo."

Theodosia smiled and returned her attention to the toy cars. She watched as Phillip continued to line them up, but this time, she noticed that his hands were shaking a little. She gave his shoulder a comforting squeeze and said, "It's going to be alright."

Phillip nodded and kept his gaze on the cars. He seemed to take comfort in her presence, and Theodosia was glad that she could provide some respite from his worries. She watched him for a few moments longer, and then, she knew it was time to go.

Theodosia stood up and said quietly, "I better get back." She looked down at Phillip and said, "Remember, it's okay to talk. You can tell me anything, okay?"

Phillip nodded and smiled. "Thanks, Theo."

Theodosia smiled back and said, "Anytime." She gave him one last reassuring smile before she left his room.
